Third Person's P. O. V:

Giyu's consciousness starts slipping from him even sometime after Tsukino had vanished with his childhood friend.

Giyu was vaguely aware that, sometime later, he hears frantic voices and running feet.

"He's here!"

"We've found him!"

Giyu could barely make out the faces of the Kakushi behind their brown and white half masks and hoods as they lean over him and examine his wounds.

A male Kakushi says urgently, "We need to get him to Kocho-sama! He's losing a lot of blood!"

Giyu's eyes fully close as he at last succumbs to blackness.

🗡🗡🗡

Giyu's eyes peel open sometime later to a white room, and he squints his eyes as he tries to figure out what happened before he lost consciousness.

As it finally comes back to him, Giyu sits bolt upright with a gasp. "Yosei-chan...!" The Tomioka winces as he clutches his stonsch which he could feel is bandaged beneath his hospital gown. Giyu blinks and his hand drifts to his left shoulder where he can feel more gauze bandages.

"He'd actually tried to kill me," Giyu thinks as the memory of his encounter with the Eclipse Hashira flashes through his mind. "Tsukino had... actually tried to kill me..."

As Giyu sits there, numbed with shock, the door to the hospital slides open and in walks Shinobu. She blinks in surprise at the sight of the Water Hashira sitting up in bed, awake, a stunned expression on his features as he grips his left shoulder.

"Tomioka?" Kocho calls, gaining his attention as he blinks rapidly at her. Relief swims in Kocho's heart as she goes up to his bed. "I'm glad you're awake but I'm rather surprised. I wasn't expecting for you to regain consciousness for a few days, at least..."

Giyu demands to know, "How long was I out for?!"

Kocho starts at his tone, never having seen him like this before. She informs Giyu, "Almost an entire day. The sun will go down soon. Where's Senshi? I thought she was sent on the mission with you?"

Giyu drops his arm numbly as he averts his gaze. He's been out for almost an entire day... who knows what could be happening to Yosei...?

"Tomioka?" Kocho prompts, waving her hand in front of his face.

"He... He took her," Giyu stutters, confusing the Insect Hashira as she pulls back and frowns. "He took her!"

"Who? What are you talking about, Tomioka?" Kocho demands in annoyance. She starts as Giyu throws off the blankets and swings his legs over the side of the bed.

He starts getting up as he breathes urgently, ignoring the pain in his wounds, "I have to go after her...!"

"No, you don't, Tomioka! You're badly injured," Kocho scolds him as she gently pushes Giyu back into bed. She frowns at him. "By the time the Kakushi found you, you were unconscious and had lost a lot of blood. But those wounds... they weren't caused by a demon, but rather a sword. What happened, Tomioka?"

Giyu stares at the black/purple eyed girl for a long moment, hearing the sternness in her tone. He knows then that he couldn't lie or get out of this one this time.

With a defeated sigh, Giyu says reluctantly, "Fine, I'll tell you. Then can I go after Yosei?"

Kocho murmurs, "We'll see. Tell me." So Giyu does and shock and disbelief registers on her features, a hand covers her mouth. Finally, Giyu finishes telling Kocho Yosei's story and connection to the Eclipse Hashira. Anger flashes through her eyes as she clenches a fist. "I cannot believe this...! All this time, Tsukino has been our enemy?"

Giyu murmurs, "Not really. He hates demons more than anything, but because of something that happened to him as a child, he's been obsessed with the power of Fairy Breathing and the fact that it can heal."

Kocho murmurs in understanding, "Now I know why Senshi hates him so much."

Giyu tilts his head at her as he queries, "You mean you... believe me?"

Kocho nods her head as she replies, "Of course! I don't think neither you or Senshi would have reason to lie about that. I'll check your vitals and go tell Oyakata-sama."

Giyu tells her as she sets to work, "He already knows. So do Tanjiro and Nezuko."

"Oh. Why didn't any of you tell us before?" Kocho demands, frowning.

The blue eyed male sighs, "Would any of you have believed us? Tsukino would've just manipulated you into believing otherwise."

Pursing her lips, the Kocho muses, "He does have a way with words to the point where he can easily lie. It's a wonder not even Oyakata-sama knew the truth sooner."

Giyu's falls silent as Kocho resumes checking his vitals.

🗡🗡🗡

"What?! I refuse to believe that a fellow Hashira would even do such a thing!" Snaps Shinazugawa once Giyu has finished telling them of Yosei's past and connection to Tsukino, as well as what happened last night. He's sitting cross legged beside Iguro while Giyu is at the front with Tanjiro's team and the master.

"It's true!" Kocho insists, for which Giyu is grateful. "I believe him. Tsukino is just very manipulative. He's fooled us all—even Oyakata-sama." Everyone was shocked as said man glares.

Giyu demands impatiently, "Why do you think Tsukino isn't here?" The other Hashira seem to think about that question.

"They are correct. Kage has taken one of my children and is probably torturing her as we speak. I need a small team to rescue her," Says Kagaya. He glances in Giyu's direction, a knowing look in his eyes. "I already know you'll want to rescue Yosei, Giyu."

"Yes, Master," He murmurs.

"Allow me to join Tomioka, Master," Kocho offers, standing up. "If she's injured, she'll need urgent medical treatment."

"Oh, I wanted to go rescue Yosei-chan!" Pouts the Love Hashira almost cutely.

Kagaya nods in approval. "Who else?"

Tanjiro speaks up. "We could go with Kocho and Tomioka, Oyakata-sama!"

The black haired man turns his head Tanjiro's direction.

"Yeah! We'll be more than happy to rescue Yoya-san!" Inosuke agrees.

Zenitsu sweat drops as he reminds him, "Uh, it's Yosei, Inosuke." Zenitsu glances wearily at the master. "I don't like the idea of going up against a Hashira, but I'll be willing to rescue a damsel in distress." His voice fills with determination though Kagaya could still detect nervousness in it.

He smiles.

"I believe we have our rescue team," Murmurs Kagaya.

Shinazugawa scoffs, cheek in hand, "Tch! I would love to go and make that teme pay for betraying us!"

Kagaya frowns as he instructs Giyu's group firmly, "Do not kill Kage. If you manage to capture him, do not kill him. He'll be punished severely enough when I see him again."

Shinazugawa scowls in disappointment while the group nod their heads in understanding.

Kagaya says to them, "Now, go, and good luck."

"Yes, Master," Giyu and his teammates chime before they're given the Eclipse Hashira estate's location and direction, and move out.

                       🗡🗡🗡

Yosei blinks her eyes open to soft lamp light and a vaguely familiar bedroom. She feels as though she's lying on a mattress and her hands are pressed tightly in front of her.

Yosei sits up, only to stop short at the sight of rope tied securely around her wrists. The rope was loose just enough so that she can move her arms a bit but not escape.

"You're awake, Yosei-chan," Purrs a soft voice, causing Yosei to snap her gaze up. Perched on the edge of the bed beside her is Tsukino. He smiles at her as he reaches out and caresses Yosei's cheek. She yanks her head away but Tsukino continues to caress her cheek, forcing Yosei to look at him. "Forgive me, but I have to take drastic measures so you wouldn't try to run away again. Oh, and do be quiet. I don't want you to alert my wife and daughter."

Yosei freezes as she stares at the older man with wide, purple eyes, disbelief glinting in them. "Your wife and... and daughter...?" She stammers.

The smile doesn't waver from his lips as Tsukino says, "Oh, you didn't know?" Yosei stares at him, for she really didn't know. "I got married to a beautiful priestess and we had a daughter about a year after you ran away." Tsukino fakes a pout as he firmly grips Yosei's chin. A couple of questions glimmers in her eyes. "No, they have no idea about this, and I plan to keep it that way. That's the reason for this." He gestures to Yosei's bonds after removing his hand from her chin. It tingles from his touch. "Can't have you escaping again, can I?"

Yosei takes in her surroundings and memories of her past flash back to her. She unwillingly begins to tremble.

Tsukino seems to notice as he murmurs, "Oh, you're trembling. I take it that means you remember your past time here?"

"What happened to Yu-kun?!" The Senshi demands to know.

Tsukino's smile returns to his face. "Don't worry about Tomioka. I didn't kill him. Yet. But unless the Kakushi or another Hashira has found him, Tomioka would most likely be dead by now."

Yosei stares at him with horror clear in her purple eyes, feeling her heart stop. She then shoots a death glare at her captor.

Tsukino says as he goes to brush back some brown hair, "Glare at me all you want, Yosei-chan. You're mine once again, and that's all that matters." Tsukino grips her chin again to make the Senshi meet his gaze. He smirks back at her. "Your power belongs only to me, understand?"

Yosei looks down where her sword would normally be only to find it gone and her heart sinks. Stammering, she asks the Eclipse Hashira, "C-Can I a-at least have my sword back s-so I can feel safe?"

"I have your sword right here." With his other hand, Tsukino shows Yosei her sword and her gaze lingers on it. He rests it in his lap. "You don't need it right now. You can get it back when and if I get injured while on a mission."

Tsukino caresses Yosei's cheek a few more times and she yanks her head away before he stands up, her sword in hand.

Tsukino tells Yosei, "Rest now. You'll be safe from any demons in here, and no one is going to rescue you." A shadow falls over his face as Tsukino adds, "Not even that thorn in my side, Tomioka. If he does, I'll be sure to kill him!"

Tsukino chuckles darkly and Yosei feels sick to her stomach.

While the black and white haired man was busy laughing, Yosei swings herself out of bed and lets out a growl of anger.

Tsukino jerks his head up with a surprised gasp, but wasn't fast enough to dodge as Yosei looms in front of him and swings her two fists around in a vicious arc.

Tsukino lets out a loud grunt of pain at the sudden impact against his left jaw before he collapses onto the floor of the bedroom, Yosei's sword falling beside him.

The pretty brunette glares down at her unconscious captor.

"If you think I'm that same helpless little girl I was when you first captured me, Tsukino, you're wrong! I'm not just going to sit by and wait to be rescued. And you shouldn't have threatened Yu-kun like that!" Yosei snaps.

As she steps past the unconscious Hashira on the floor, Yosei snatches up her sword and makes a run for it out of the bedroom and down the corridor.
