"but i said it's fine" millie said, not looking towards him he sighed "look at me mil" reluctantly she looked up "i don't care if you said it doesn't matter, clearly you weren't ok, so i came back from the club" "jack, you didn't have to do that for me" "mil, listen cause i'm only gonna say this once, id do anything for you, and i know it's the same the other was so shush and come here" he said pulling her into a massive bear hug
they moved and sat face to face on the hotel bed "ok now you've calmed down, tell me what happened" she sighed before telling him everything, starting at the crash a couple months ago in Miami all the way to the text message she received off ollie tonight. jack sat there in shock "surely he didn't mean that you were over" jack said softly millie had a few years running down her face now. "he sounded pretty certain to me" she said, barely a whisper "want me to speak to him?" millie immediately shook her head "no no no that will only make it worse. he wants me to leave him alone tonight so i will. hopefully he comes back here tomorrow for his stuff, cause he's not taken it all to arthur's room so he needs to come back" jack nodded his head "will you be alright on your own?" millie checked her phone "well considering it's 4am and my flight i at 9, meaning i need to leave here in two hours, i think i'll be ok" she said with a slight smile jack smiled but it turned back to a frown "aren't you flying with ollie?" "well shit" she said, making the two of them giggle "there's that smile we all love" jack said grinning at her
she moved forward so she was sitting beside him and wrapped her arms around him. "ugh jack i love you more than anyone ever" he hugged her back "i know and i love you too you little doofus" "excuse me" she said with a giggle "offended!" he kissed the top of her head before standing up. "message me if you need me ok. don't hesistate" "okay" "promise? he said as he raised his eyebrow she chuckled "i promise" "good" ———————————————————————
