Matthews p.o.v
I wouldn't say I was pissed. But I was pretty pissed.
"Hey Matt." I couldn't help but smile when I saw it was Braeden.
I guess you, or I could say Jeremy and I were on rough rocks, or my life was. But not my home life-that was great-for about a week. Owen had been making the best dinners, and lunches, Tyler even told me he had an interview in a couple of weeks for a restaurant, and we were his practice dinners and told to give complete and honest feedback. His lunches were the best also.
"Hey, you ready?" Braeden nodded, waiting for me as I opened my locker and put all my books away, "So what are we going to do first."
Braeden scratched his chin before smiling excitedly, "How about, we walk around for a bit, then a movie and we can go get something to eat after?"
"Sounds good."
I closed my locker shut and turned around only to bump into a firm chest. Jeremy.
"... Hey..." He said awkwardly, scratching the back of his neck, running a hand through his hair so it stayed in its fohawk form. I gave him a bored look, I cant say I was excited to see him right now. "So, are you doing anything right now?"
I nodded my head, jabbing my thumb towards Braeden.
"Oh," He scratched the back of his neck again, "Hey, listen. So tomorrow, come to the lunch table, alright? Ill be there waiting." He clapped my back twice.
I stared closely at his retreating figure. "Are you actually going to sit there?" I turned back to Braeden who was leaning against the locker beside mine.
"I don't know." I sighed running a hand through my hair, its been a week and I have barely-at all-talked to my best friend. I mean, it has taken a drastic affect on me. "Lets just go." We walked beside each other on the way out, and went to stand at the bus stop just down the road from the school to go to the shopping mall.
We browsed in a couple stores, trying on clothes and suits before going down to the theatre and walking into the first theatre that was playing a movie.

"Today was nice." Braeden smiled as his bus pulled up, "Well... See you tomorrow, maybe." A faint blush rose to his cheeks as he waved, before walking onto the bus and going to the back.
Shoving my hands into my pockets, the thing that first made its way into my mind was the first recipe I had to complete tomorrow since I skipped it with Jeremy the other day, plain and simple cookies.
Ugh. Life.

I pushed the doors open to the cafeteria expecting to not see Jeremy, but surprisingly, I did see him. He sat chatting with the group of his soccer academy friends, Patty was sitting with her own friends, in fact Jeremys bag was resting on one of the yellow chairs, looking up and smiling, waving me over to him moving his bag.
