The blood moon was up and Sans was in his room just minding his own business, he felt unusually thirsty so he took the vial of extra blood you usually gave him... though this time it tasted... wrong? He didn't like it. He tried not thinking about this insatiable thirst but every minute it got stronger and stronger as his fangs involuntarily got longer and sharper, he threw the half consumed vial to the floor. He was beginning to feel his mind slip, was this a blood frenzy!? He couldn't be having one, he regularly drank your blood vials!

...

..

Your synthetic blood vials... he remembers the sweet taste your real blood had, it was so good... you'll let him have some, right? He growled in protest of his own savage mind, flashes of him taking a bite from your neck as you held him tight in your embraces kept appearing! Why was this happening now all of a sudden!? Every other blood moon had been fine! Wait it couldn't be... the time he accidentally tasted your real blood drove him into a blood frenzy!? He had to inform his brother quickly!

Sans stumbled out of his room and into the hallway, he quickly moved towards Papyrus's room but stopped when he looked out the window, it shone a bright red... red... sweet red, must find... sweet red. His mind being completely taken over by one goal, to find his beloved Witch with the sweet red blood.

You were translating the last bit of the book for Papyrus and interestingly enough, you had found out that masking a werecat's scent with another would severely help Papyrus with his problem, such an easy solution! Now the tricky part... What smell could mask his scent? You would need to ask him about it but before you could shut the book closed and put it back into your bookshelf, a sudden loud growl came from behind your door.

You put the book down and went towards the door. "Hello? Anyone there?" You called out but no answer, maybe it was just an unruly animal? You did basically live in a cottage located in the woods. You shrugged and walked back to the living room, you picked the book back up and put it back in the bookshelf.

Abruptly the sound of glass shattering came from your kitchen, was someone trying to break in!? Why in the world would anyone try to break into a small cottage that had lights on!? Low growls and rumblings came from your kitchen... you grabbed a blanket and made your way into the kitchen, had an animal gotten inside!? Before the intruder could see you and react, you immediately wrapped the blanket around them, trapping them into a comfortable burrito! You levitated them with your magic and... was that Sans!? Growling at you!? Wait... his eyelights had turned into wild looking slits... and they had red around the edges. His fangs were fully out and the more you examined him, the more you understood the situation. Did he have his bat wings out? He flew through the goddamn window!

Poor guy was in a blood frenzy... wasn't it also blood moon tonight too? Gosh, that must be rather unfortunate. He suddenly hissed at you aggressively, oh my! The audacity! In your own home no less! "Good sir! I beg you pardon? How dare you hiss at me in my own home? To the naughty corner with you!" You might have had a bit too much fun with that, Sans didn't seem to appreciate your jokey mood as he tried to strike at you with his phalanges... though they weren't as sharp as a werecat's and it looked more like a grabbing motion than anything. You hung him up on a hook so you didn't have to use your magic to constantly hold him upright, the blood moon made your magic a bit... unreliable. You got a blood vial and offered it to him only for him to smack it out of your hand, rejecting the synthetic blood. "Sweetheart, you're being a little naughty vampire right now, you'll feel better after you take it" You assumed he forgot to drink the ones you gave him but he was now rejecting the one you tried to give! He hissed at you angrily as a response... what a moody little vampire he had become.
