Osas pov

" your travelling to Abuja for a month!!"

We had come down from the car and was  heading to  my house.

"Yeah. My oga wants me to go represent a client there."

"But why a month?."

"He will also be becoming to Abuja so he told me that after the meeting I should join him to attend some diplomatic conferences."

"Diplomatic conferences?. And you did not reject the offer."

"Trust your babe Na but this man can be persistent."

"So Boma will be staying with me for a month."

"Yeah."

The security man had helped her carry the luggage inside.

"Where is Asta?" Boma asked innocently.

"His with Uncle Michael. He will bring him back today. Okay ?"

Boma nodded his head. "Okay."

"So I'll be taking Boma to school." I said as I stared at Boma.

He was already lost in his game.

The living room was cleaned. The security man had told me that Rasaq had a hired someone to take care of the mess.

He must have felt guilty.

"So when are you traveling?." We both headed to the kitchen.

"Tomorrow. Afternoon flight."

"Why not morning?".

"Please oh. I need to enjoy my sleep before I get to Abuja and be having less sleeps."

"Your just lazy."

I had left over of balangu which I put in the microwave to warm.

Seyi hasn't still called. There was still time although.

By tomorrow he would be going to Abuja. I wonder if Ruth and Seyi will get the same plane.

Michael was coming over. He was bringing back Asta.

Boma and Ruth were fast asleep in one of the rooms when Michael came.

"Hey you." He kissed me on the lips and Asta barked.

I squatted and ruffled his fur." I heard you came to the hospital. Did you miss me?."

Asta licked me flatly on the face.

We both sat on the long couch. Asta on my laps.

"How're you feeling now?." He trailed his hands on my face.

"Much better. Thanks for watching Asta."

He smiled. " Anything for you." His smile disappeared. " I can't believe Ola would try a stunt like this."

"It's not her-"

"Please don't say is not her fault, Osas. I was really scared when I heard that you were in the hospital." He sounded a bit down.

"I'm sorry." I said softly.

He took Asta from me and dropped him on the floor then he took my right hand and held it." Do you like me Osas?."

I met his gaze. " Yes."

He let out a loud sigh. " Why does it feel like you don't. I mean, do you like Seyi?"
