Part 7

The Next Morning

We are in Rosalie's room, and we see her slowly wake up. She sits up and yawns, looks over at the clock, and it says 9 am.

Rosalie: Good morning, Jarvis

Jarvis: Good morning Rosalie, how did you sleep?

Rosalie: Good. Do you know when the rest of the team will be back to the compound?

Jarvis: They should be back at the end of the day

Rosalie: Thanks, Jarvis. I am going to go make breakfast

Rosalie walks into the kitchen and begins to make breakfast

Rosalie: Waffles and fruit sounds delicious, I'll have that

She makes the waffles and cuts up the fruit and walks over to the dining table, and sits down. She ears her food, and suddenly, her phone goes off

Rosalie: Oh, I forgot I have my last therapy session today. I should get ready for that. It's at 11

She then walks back into her room, picks out an outfit, and changes clothes. Rosalie: I should text the team so if they get back early, they'll know where I am
She texts the team and then leaves for her therapy session.

She is then driving herself to her therapy appointment, and she arrives. She walks into the building and sits down

Doctor: Rosalie Smith

Rosalie: Yes, ma'am, I am here

Doctor: Follow me, Mrs. Williams is ready to see you

She follows the doctor lady into a room and sits down on a soft couch. She relaxes. Mrs. Williams walks in

Mrs. Williams: Hey, good to see you, Rosalie

Rosalie: same here ma'am

Mrs. Williams: So how are you doing?

Rosalie: Haven't bad a nightmare in 4 months, eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day except for that one day I was sick. I have been feeling good and I started training the other day and I am so excited

Mrs. Williams: It seems like your life has been going well

1 hour later
Mrs. Williams: So our last session has come to an end. I hope that your life is good and remember you can always come back to therapy if you need someone to talk to

Rosalie: Thanks, ma'am

Rosalie walks out of the building and into a taxi

Rosalie: Hey Jarvis, what do we have in the fridge in the compound?

Jarvis: We have a little bit of milk, a couple of eggs, a pint of creamer, etc.

Rosalie: I need to go to the store

Rosalie goes to the store and purchases all the things she needs, and pays for it in cash since she has a job now. She makes her way back to the compound and puts the groceries away. She goes to watch a movie. Then, halfway throughout the movie, Jarvis alerts her of an intruder. She leaves the movie and begins to look for the intruder. She attempts to talk to Jarvis, but he isn't responding for some reason. Suddenly, she turns around and sees her Master, Obadiah.

Master: How's my little pet doing?

Rosalie: I am not your little pet anymore

Master: Oh, you have grown a backbone. Haven't you living with that Stark and the Avengers. Kneel, pet

Rosalie: No, no, no, no

You can see her attempting to fight his command inside her head

Obadiah: KNEEL, PET

She slowly kneels to the ground in fear. He then approaches her and gives her a sedative that makes her pass out.
