The Unsaid Love

"Taehyung can you please help me in the kitchen your brother's friends are here", Taehyung's mother yelled from the kitchen.

Taehyung who was lying on the bed sat up with sparkled eyes, he looked at the mirror adjusting his hair and dress he came down trying to act casual.

His eyes roamed all over the happy trying to find that certain brown eyes but pouted when he couldn't find that person with whom he was in love.

"Excuse me", a voice said behind him. Taehyung doesn't have to look back, he already knows whose voice is it. With a rising heartbeat, he turned and met the eyes that made him fall in love.

Taehyung's eyes screamed love but the other's had anything but love. With a little lip-pressed smile the person passed him, their shoulders brushed slightly giving butterflies to Taehyung but it was just Taehyung who felt everything and not the other.

"Oh here you are, come honey", his mother dragged him inside the kitchen.

"Mom I told you Jungkook doesn't like soda", Taehyung reminded his mother when she was about to fill the sixth glass.

"Ah right, then make his favorite, I have work I'll be leaving hmm?", she said and left after kissing his head.

"Thank you, baby", Jin, Taehyung's brother said taking a glass from the tray.

"Whatever, Tae come here and sit with us", Jimin, one of Jin's friends said pulling Taehyung to the couch.

Everyone was watching the game intensely but Taehyung's eyes were captivated by that one guy named Jeon Jungkook. Taehyung smiled when Jungkook smiled, Taehyung frowned when Jungkook frowned, and Taehyung laughed when Jungkook jumped out of happiness.

"Stop eating him through your eyes", Jimin whispered in Taehyung's ears making him blush.

"Shut up", Taehyung pushed away Jimin.

Since they were close friends Taehyung said everything to Jimin when Jimin caught him staring at Jungkook without blinking. Jimin was his only secret supporter.

"Yo! Bro I finally got a girlfriend", Hoseok started grabbing everyone's attention. The hall erupted in cheers.

"But not like mine", Yoongi said looking at Jimin.

"Yeah, yeah keep dreaming. Our story will be written in history watch it", Namjoon said looking at Jin who hit his arm playfully.

"And about you Kook, you have been single for years, aren't you interested in anyone", Jimin asked. Now this caught Taehyung's attention.

He looked at the elder with anticipation.

"Not interested", Jungkook said and focused on his phone.

"Hmm... Oh! Tae! What about you? Any boyfriend? Love?", Jimin asked with a smirk. Taehyung widened his eyes.

"I guess not yet. He hasn't said anything to me", Jin said sipping his drink.

"N-No! I don't have any", Taehyung said but sighed when Jimin gave him a look.

"Actually, I-I love someone but don't know whether they do or not", Taehyung said and lowered his head in shyness.

Only if he didn't do that he could have noticed the change of reaction in certain someone.

"Oh hoooo, Tae... Let us know when you succeed", Hoseok said.

"What! You never told me this, I'm offended", Jin pouted.

"I gotta make a call", Jungkook said leaving the hall. Others started their conversation as usual.
