A Not So Difficult Time of the Month

Remus Lupin gazed up at the night sky, the full moon casting an eerie glow on the Forbidden Forest. He knew what tonight would bring—pain, transformation, and isolation. But this month was different. This month, he wasn't alone.

Sirius Black stood beside him, unwavering in his support. He had learned the Animagus transformation to keep Remus company during his most difficult nights. As the moon rose higher, Remus felt the change overtaking him.

With a flicker of magic, Sirius transformed into a large, shaggy black dog. He nuzzled Remus, offering comfort in his furry form. They ventured into the forest together, two friends bound by a love stronger than any curse.

Throughout the night, they ran together, the wolf and the dog, free from human concerns. In the morning, when the moon waned and Remus returned to his human form, he found himself lying in the grass, exhausted but content.

Sirius lay beside him, his eyes filled with affection. "We'll get through this together, Moony," he whispered, and Remus knew that with Sirius by his side, even the darkest nights could be illuminated by love and friendship.
