RWBY - [VOL 3 Episode 13] - Heroes, Monsters, and The Overseer

We continue with a few of the other students in the Air Bus as they make their way to Vale.

Ruby, her silver eyes reflecting the uncertainty of the journey ahead, sat near the window of the Air Bus as it soared through the skies toward Vale.

Suddenly, Ruby's Scroll rang with an urgent notification. She fumbled to retrieve it from her pocket, her heart racing with the unexpected interruption. The Scroll shows Yang's profile.

Ruby: (answers call) Sis! Are you okay?!

Yang: I'm fine, what about everyone else?

Ruby quickly glanced around at her fellow students, some of whom were also answering their Scrolls, their faces etched with concern.

Ruby: We're all on the Air Buses heading down. What's going on?

Yang: Grimm suddenly appeared everywhere. Luckily, the Atlas soldiers responded quickly so most of the civilians got to safety, but it's still chaos out here.

Ruby: We'll be there as soon as we can, Yang. Just hold on.

Ruby: I think Weiss and Blake are already down there.

Yang: Alright, I'll go look for them.

Yang: Be safe sis.

Ruby: You too.

Right outside of Beacon's dining hall, Blake Belladonna backs away from a shattered window, staring in horror at her old partner.

Adam: Running away again? Is that what you've become? A coward?

Blake: Why are you doing this?!

Adam: You and I were going to change the world, remember? We were destined to light the fires of revolution!

He then stomps on a downed Atlas student's chest.

Adam: Consider this... the spark. 

As a horrified Blake watches Adam draws Wilt, preparing to stab the student. Blake charges into the dining hall, drawing her sword in a flash.
