Kagome looked at him skeptically as if that response explained why he looked like a drowned cat at the moment, "it's been one of those days I'm guessing."

He watched as she turned her attention to her phone while scooting over to make room on the bed. It was a silent invitation that he knew was inevitable. Without looking up she waved her hands in the direction of personal bathroom, "towels are in the closet."

When he didn't move Kagome looked up, "You are sick and need your rest nor do you need me to sully your sheets. I'll just-".

"One, it's not like you can get sick; two, I've practically slept all day and three" Kagome paused in a fit of coughing "that is what towels are for, now shoo."
