I arrived at the kitchen to find some people already eating breakfast. "Morning," Wanda greets me.

"Morning," I say back. "Is there coffee available?"

"There's some in the pot. What are your plans for today?"

"I have some files that need to be looked over. I'm rusty on my russian so it might take a while."

"I can help with that," Natasha volunteers.

"Thanks, I just need them translated for Eddie who needs them for an article. I got other stuff to work on."

"What plan are you concocting now?" Clint asks in amusement.

"None of your business. I have so much work to do and not enough hours in a day. Oh by the way how are Laura and the kids."

"They are fine. Missing their second favorite aunt though."

"Maybe I'll visit soon. I'll even bring gifts."

"Oh yeah that's just what they need. I remember the last gifts you brought. They didn't want you to leave."

"I have a lot of experience with kids they just love me." He rolls my eyes at my comment. I let out a laugh. "So what about you guys? What's on the agenda for the day?"

"Training," Natasha answers. "You can join us."

"Thanks but I'd rather not. I think Tony already feels I'm overstepping. Rather not step on any toes."

"Who's stepping on toes?" Sam asks as he walks in with Bucky and Steve behind him. Looks like the three of them went for a morning run.

"No one's," I answer. "Looks like you had fun this morning." I was being sarcastic as he was downing a whole water bottle.

"Fun?" he asks is slight disbelief. "I need a new set of lungs. Why don't you go out running with us next time?"

"I'm an anthropomorphic personification of the universe and I can teleport. So there is no need for me to do any of that."

"Uh huh, sounds to me you just want to avoid everyone."

"I was avoiding everyone. That is until SOMEONE decided to interrupt that." Turning my head to glare at a certain cyborg.

"You agreed in the end," Bucky argues. "Besides you still owe me that drink."

"I thought I bought you one already."

"Nope, and next time I'm picking the place."

"Fine. It better be good." Rolling his eyes at me in return.

"Feels like old times," Steve comments. "You two bickered back and forth when the two of you first met."

"So this is normal?" Sam asks him.

"Oh yeah just worse. If they bicker just ignore them it's their version of flirting."

"Sounds like fun," Natasha jokes.

"Steven Grant Rogers, I thought you were on my side," I whine to him.

"Correct me if I'm wrong but you had asked to borrow my shield and I quote to "beat that annoying pompous bastard with it"." Of course he was talking with the higher up

"He was annoying me and Peggy wouldn't give me her gun."

"Uh huh sure." We were then joined by two norse gods.

"Good morning Avengers," Thor greets, "Lady Eternity, you look lovely this morning."

"Thor," I greet back, "as charming as ever." Tilting my head I see Loki hiding behind his brother looking like a scolded child.
