Donas POV (3 years before the present)
I walk around around Andrealphus's palace with Stella
"I say you and Stolas divorce, considering you hate him, he's cheated on you, and your daughter is 17 so you don't have to pretend anymore, it might be healthy for you and her" as much as I love my sister I feel bad for Stolas, I know how Stella can be at times, but she needs someone to help her temper
"I'd rather kill him" she says
"Stella! Don't be absurd! You can't kill people because you don't like them-" I get interrupted by a rather tall goetia, he's also quite handsome, we make eye contact before he runs into me and making me and him fall, he looks into my eyes and we pause
"GET OFF ME" I kick his stomach to get him off me
"Are you not going to apologize?" I ask him
"No, I wasn't planning to" he says sternly
"You ran into ME"
"Incorrect, you were in the way of MY running"
"Whatever, YOU are still going to apologize"
"No, I don't believe I will" this bird is getting on my nerves
"Stella, forget what I was saying about killing people because you don't like them, I think i might kill this b*tch"
"Do it, I dare you" he's testing my patience, I take a breather
"I'm not going to waste my time with this b*tch" I say and walk away
~Jeralds POV~
I can't believe that my own father wanted me, his son he hates, to marry a important Goetia, I gaze at the goetia that they called Lira, she looks up to me
"Why is it so... ugly?" She asks, I already have a list of things hate about her: She stinks like manure, she looks like a pigeon, she acts like a fool, clearly has daddy issues, and she's an overall b*tch
"I could ask you the same thing but I'm not a whore with daddy problems" she gasps dramatically, almost immediately I knew I was in deep sh*t, I start to run looking for an exit, I lose the guards eventually, but I keep running, I turn the corner to see the most stunning thing I've ever seen, her hair is curly and grey, she has a graceful body, and dove feathers, she was talking to a less attractive woman, I run into her on accident, stopping to look at her eyes, I think about kissing her, before I can do anything she kicks me in the stomach
"GET OFF ME" I don't care if I deserve it, it hurt, I don't care how beautiful she is, I start to pile up a list I can use against her, but she's just perfect
"Are you going to apologize?" She asks me
"No, I wasn't planning on it" I say
"You ran into ME"
"Incorrect, you were in the way of MY running"
"Whatever, YOU are still going to apologize"
"No, I don't believe I will" I know what I'm doing
"Stella, forget what I was saying about killing people because you don't like them, I think i might kill this jerk"
"Do it, I dare you" I knew I could get on her nerves, she walks away and I should be happy but I can't help getting upset
~Three days later, Jerald's POV~
It's been three days since running into the Goetia, but I can't stop thinking about it, James says that it's because of how rude she was, but in my eyes she was charming, and Martha was teasing me about being in love, for a 16 year old she's pretty smart. Oddly enough she knew I thought that Dona was beautiful, so today I decided to go on a walk around the palace, instead of talking to Lira, I was enjoying it until I saw a familiar face, I almost spit out my water, she must've recognized me as well, because she started walking away, I walk after her
