(What if? Abhinav comes after soo called lota couple engagement and ak knowing she is pregnant with abhinav's kid and she is confused but heartfully agreed for abhir sake for marriage and abhinav misunderstands her and.....)

The scene starts with Wedding Ceremonies. Mehendi is going on. It is Akshara's and Abhimanyu's wedding is happening. Here, unlike serial, Abhinav's body was not found. He was fell from cliff and everybody thought he was dead. They made sure Akshara also believed that. Akshara believed everybody and started living as we know. Abhimanyu and everybody started to pressurize her for wedding. They partially said some truth about Akshara's past to Abhir. Abhir stubbornly wanted Akshara and his doc man to marry. Because he wants a happy family. He started to forget his Papa Abhinav. Which is not liked by Muskaan and Aarohi.

the Mehendi Ceremony. Here, Akshara takes Abhimanyu's hand and she writes DOST and said our relation will be DOST now and forever. I can't give anybody else love other than Abhinav. She thinks in her mind, I am doing only for Abhir's sake because I can't see him sad.

Abhimanyu will say, I know why we are doing the marriage, you don't worry. He will think, I will get you and I will not let Abhinav snatch my happiness from now on. I want you at anycost

This is happening and everybody is celebrating. Nobody sees Ruhi sad or missing Muskaan and Aarohi. Kairav being jerk, he said muskaan to leave if he can't see his sister's happiness. Muskaan just left and everybody is celebrating.

Suddenly, Akshara gets a call from Birla Hospital. She said her blood reports came normal and they also congratulate her. Hospital people said that she is pregnant. She remembers Abhinav's birthday and then celebrating at night and how they became one. She had happy tears and again she becomes sad remembering Abhinav.

She comes quietly and sits in function, faking a smile for Abhir sake. Abhir just forgets his father who has loved him for 7 years. Manipulated by the Gorilla family, he just wants his momma and docman to get married.

Suddenly, everybody stops dancing and stares at the entrance in shock. Akshara sees it and it reveals that Abhinav with fully bandaged head and arms comes there. He asks in a loud tone, what the hell is happening here?

Akshara came out of shock and runs towards him and she just cups Abhinav face emotionally. Abhinav just jerks her and says, what the hell is happening here Akshara?
