Waking up in a dream/coma and aftermath

That's what she's been currently feeling as she's somehow lying in Mafuyu's lap as Kanade is wearing a white sundress while Mafuyu is wearing a purple cardigan with a white shirt underneath it and a cream long skirt. While they are being surrounded with a huge field of white and purple carnations with the night filled with stars and the moon visible as the carnations glowed with both them talking with a smile on there faces as they laugh and are having a good time with Kanade not minding how long she's been here or not caring if she's in a dream or not as she wanted to be with Mafuyu and stay like this and to be forever, to see Mafuyu's true smile for eternity

The times she experienced this is when she is with her parents when she was young as they spend time in the park, and with her music group until everything went downhill because of Ms. Asahina

As Kanade and Mafuyu stopped laughing as they both catch there breath and it was there Kanade noticed Mafuyu's face changed into a solemn one

Kanade: Is something in your mind Mafuyu?

Mafuyu: Kanade, remember your final words to me?

Kanade: Ah-

Before Kanade drew her last breath she mentions something Mafuyu back then although is was more of whisper but Mafuyu manages to hears it as Mafuyu is trying to keep her awake to be away from death's door to which failed, Kanade clearly still remembers that memory

Kanade: I-I love you Mafuyu I-I'm s-sor-ry for not sa-ying this to you un-til now

---------

Kanade: Y-Yes I remembered that

From there Mafuyu's solemn look changed a little happy like glad tone as she spoke

Mafuyu: Now, now don't be sad from remembering that my love we're now together right?

Kanade: R-Right

And it was there Mafuyu kissed Kanade's forehead that made her face red with Mafuyu giggling at her reaction 

But sadly peaceful things like this had to end now as Mafuyu spoke

Mafuyu: We'll meet again my love for now it's time for you to wake up, you've been here for too long

Kanade: Wha-

Before she can say anything she blacked out and the next thing she know is that she woke up in a hospital room with Ena sleeping on the couch while Akito is trying to stay awake as he guards the room they are in

It was there Kanade felt her body in pain but bearable that she let out a small grunt that caught Akito's attention

Akito: Kanade-san

Kanade: W-What Hospital are we in Akito?

Akito: We're in Rome's Policlinico Gemelli, one of the best hospitals in Rome, after you went into a coma you're taken here and tight security and secrecy is maintained incase Ms. Asahina and World Serpent made a move

Kanade: I-I see, what happened to me?

Akito: Due to the increased Honkai Energy you took during the events in Venice it caused your brain to shutdown to recover, normally you would be in a coma for a year or worse but someone who escaped by using purple carnations seemed to minimalize the damage in your brain causing you to be in a coma for 2 weeks now

Kanade: 2-2 Weeks?!

Akito: It was supposed to only a week but seems you aren't eating properly after the Osaka Battle that caused to be in coma for little longer, and to add up you were also injured from facing some of those honkai beast when the chaos happened that you didn't noticed during your rampage as An told me causing Ena to be the one healing you using her abilities after the doctors took care of the critical ones

Kanade: I-Is that so

Akito: Yes, and if you're going to say something about your horse it returned back into a marble and it was with Mizuki as we speak taking great care of it

Kanade: White Carnation must be reserving it's energy to heal, Thank you Akito-san for telling me all of this

Akito: You're welcome Kanade-san. . .just make sure to not tire yourself or put yourself into a state like that again my sister is very, very worried that she might loose a friend like you again

Kanade: I-I'll. . .keep that in mind and try my best

Akito: I hope so-

Suddenly they heard a sniffle causing them to look at Ena who's looking at Kanade as tears came out from her eyes with Ena crying out her name as she hugged her tightly as if she fears she'll disappear

Kanade: Ack!

Akito: Oi Ena, you'll break Kanade's ribs if hug her tightly like that!

Ena: S-Shut up Akito!!!

After a few minutes Akito managed to pry Ena away from Kanade with Mizuki helping him with Tsukasa, Mizuki, And An entering the room with An's Father, Ken visiting her aswell as he thanks Kanade from taking out almost all of Honkai Beasts after An and Mizuki activated the Air system and giving them time to prepare and it was thanks to her that the forces in the area took care of the rest with many civilians being saved and treated when the air system removed the honkai radiation released by the bombs with the Higher Heaven thanking her as well due to several assets are in Venice when the chaos occurred 

And it was from there as well that Shizuku voluntarily surrendered to them when the chaos was over and is now being held in a secured area after she is treated from the injuries' she'd sustained and guarded to ensure she can't escape with Shiho there to tighten the defense in that area in case Ms. Asahina found out about there location along with Saki being taken to a safe location with Rui's assistance as the Higher Heavens sent him to keep Saki safe to which Kanade is glad that there'll be no more hostages Ms. Asahina can use against them. . .except for Ichika 

But it was there that Ken gets straight to the point as Shizuku wanted to talk to Kanade directly after she woke up and gets back her energy and when Kanade asked why 

Ken told all them that Shizuku will reveal where Ms. Asahina is since she moved her location that An was about to tell them
