We can see Kanade wearing her repaired outfit as Mizuki repaired it along with tailoring service of the Metropolitan Rome Hotel, causing her upper outfit having silicon carbide discs added with ceramic matrices and accompanying laminates with cutting-edge body armor that was just sewed between the fabric and the lining that allows zero penetration 

But despite those perks in her upper outfit she'll still have to receive the pain of the bullets despite the bullets not piercing her

Along with Kanade was Mizuki, Shiho, An, and Ken while the others are outside to guard the place along with the other guards

As they entered into a specific room where Shizuku is tied in chair and was inside a  5m x 5m x 5m reinforced glass cube in the center of the room with a device in front of the glass where Shizuku is facing where oxygen can enter and where they can talk to Shizuku 

The moment they entered the room Shizuku noticed them and spoke

Shizuku: Ah Kanade-san, Shii-chan you're both here I see you also brought Ms. An and her father here

An: I hope you are comfortable there after we gave you some food and other necessities before putting you there

Shizuku: I'm fine no need to be concerned~

Shiho: Onee-chan please let's get straight to the point so I can take you home

Shizuku: Oh about that Ms. Asahina told me before she escape to relocate is that to tell you if you survived she'll meet at the land on which the sun never sets

Ken: A Herald is a high-ranking and powerful enforcer and representative of the High Heavens whose role is to oversee the rules and customs of the High Heavens and the criminal underworld, and settle disputes and hostilities between members of the Heavens. As for the Single combat that Ms. Hinomori mentioned they are also called High heaven duels, they are part of the foundation of this organization to stop its more combustible members. It's also, win or lose what you say you want, a way for you to kill Ms. Asahina. But only those who are connected to the High Heavens can issue this

An: But we could use Kanade to officially issue the challenge and use her as a proxy a win-win right Dad?

Ken: We can do that, I'll get the preparations ready, Ms. Kanade you must choose someone to be your second and what will be you and your second's terms 

Kanade: I have an idea on mind along with the terms, I'll call someone so I can secure my second

Ken: Very well then

With that Everyone get ready with Kanade calling Honami as she needs to talk to Mr. Akira as she wanted Ms. Asahina's money to be the one to rebuild the Osaka Hotel that was destroyed not by the Hight Heaven's money

During that Shizuku was set free and she and Shiho left so they can start relocating there things that survived into there new house that was given by the Overseer himself for the Hinomori siblings

A few hours later

Inside the Manchester Town Hall, Manchester, United Kingdom

We can see an healthy Old man with a white beard wearing a black round hat and a grey greatcoat walking at one of the hallways to meet up with Ms. Asahina who was also walking on the said hallway the old man is 

Ms. Asahina: Oh Herald still watching my every move?

Herald: The destruction of the Osaka Hotel is a thing I can understandable for your goal, but the Chaos in Venice is unnecessary 

Ms. Asahina: I have no choice but to obey the World Serpent 

Herald: The World Serpent will never help you find your daughter as they only care on how much you can help them 

Ms. Asahina: And how did you know this?

Herald: The High Heavens once encountered the World Serpent as it was trying to put agents into the organization and once tried to kill the main leader of the organization and in exchange we almost annihilated despite there previous era technology and tricks that they hope could change the tide of battle to their favor, but this eventually failed and we won at the cost of loosing a huge portion of our forces against the World Serpent 

Ms. Asahina: If that's the case why does the World Serpent still alive?

Herald: Because we give them a chance, we are not that heartless at that time and we don't interfere with there business unless it disturbs the High Heavens rules

Ms. Asahina: I see

As they continued to walk, Ichika along with two men are escorting a tied up Mr. Akira with Mr. Akira having a scroll on his hands and from there Ms. Asahina spoke

Ms. Asahina: Ah finally she accepted?

Mr. Akira: She did Ms. Paul

Ms. Asahina: No need to call me by that call me Ms. Asahina instead, with that aside what are Ms. Yoisaki's terms?

Mr. Akira: Mafuyu Asahina's freedom from your parentage along with anything revolving you, despite still not being found Ms. Yoisaki is still worried about your daughter's safety you must've done something?

Ms. Asahina: *Scoffs* As expected what about yours?

Mr. Akira: As her second, upon her victory my hotel will be rebuilt all at your expense.

Ms. Asahina: Of course, but upon my victory as well as Ms. Hoshino who'll be my second, you'll both die and buried in a place no one can find you and be forgotten in time

With that she takes the scroll and gives it to the Herald with Ms. Asahina telling Ichika to escort Mr. Akira out of the building 

Unknown to all of them Mafuyu was watching there interaction from a distance where she can't be seen or be detected by her mother due to her mother having motherly instincts when she could be detected nearby her radius 

Mafuyu: My freedom huh Kanade?
