"Oh no!" Anya exclaimed, pulling on her hair as she looked at the worst mistake she has ever made.

Every. Single. One. Of her Spy Wars manga books... SOAKED in orange juice.

Her precious manga that was rewarded to her for her genuine hard work; The first time she had successfully scored a 57% on a test! (It was one subject. But, it was still a miracle to her and her father.)

It happened like this; Anya was home alone, her parents were at work once again. Her Papa had ordered her to do her homework while they were away.

Knowing, she wouldn't be able to get out of doing it anyway, Anya obeyed.

After eating a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich, she decided to take her glass of orange juice, with her in her room, and drink it while doing her homework.

She laid everything out, her pencil her notebook, her books, on her desk. The same desk she kept the collection of her beloved Spy Wars manga; all neatly placed into one book holder.

But of course, because --she may not know why, I mean, she's literally fighting for world peace and yet-- the world wanted to torment her... She knocked over her glass of orange juice, when she was just trying to reach for her pencil.

The orange liquid, spilled onto the comics. Their bottom halves wrinkling and orange.

Anya tried her best not to cry, as she picked up the whole book holder and cradled it like a sick infant.

She sniffles, "And these even had events that didn't happen in the anime yet...."

She'll have to ask her Papa to buy another set, now. But, who knows how long it'll take for him to get it.

Wait....

'That's the least of Anya's problems....!' Anya thought, in panic.

Anya may not be a genius in math, but does she know each of these volumes were probably over a hundred dalc from reading her Papa's mind.

And... More than a hundred, plus 12 manga volumes, equals to.... A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY!

Her Papa was already close to having a heart attack, when she brought home her small and cute sheep keychain, because of how much money it cost.

What more if she had to tell him, he had to replace all 12 of her manga volumes!?

"Anya! This was a gift to you, for your good score." Imaginary Loid, says as he grips the pile of soaked pages.

He turns to Anya with a scary look in his eyes. "I'll never buy anything for you again! You're a bad kid, who doesn't appreciate her parents' hard work to get money."

"Anya's bwaaaad...!" Anya wailed out, as she started crying. Snot dripped from her nose.

Bond, who wanted to do something, could only rub his head against her back, to comfort her.

"It's... *sniff* ...not even just the manga... Papa and Mama are always working so hard, to give Anya what she wants..." Anya says to herself as she rubbed her eyes. "Anya doesn't want to make Mama and Papa buy another set for her...."
