Next Morning
Mini's sleep gets disturbed by a whistling sound. It's Neil, she realises before opening her eyes. A soft smile forms on her lips.
A wet towel smashes her face.
Neil- Oops.
Mini wakes up with a grumpy face.
Mini- What are you d -
He is on a vest, pressing his shirt. Her sleep disappears. But she closes her eyes and pretends to fall on bed again, so that he gets some personal space to groom.
Neil chuckles, seeing her falling again. He puts on his shirt and sits near. His face is a wide smile. He shakes his head, sprinkling water on her face with his wet hair.
She turns in reflex, still lethargic.
Neil- Uth jao Madam. Restaurant nhi jana kya?
Mini- Hmm... tum kaise uth gaye. Itni jaldi.
Neil- Jaldi? Nahi toh? 8.30 baj rahe hain.
Mini- What! (She sits up straight) 8.30 baj gaye! Aur tumne mujhe uthaya bhi nahi!?
Neil- Wohi toh kar raha hoon.
Mini- Abhi- (ups the sleeve of her loose shirt which had slipped off her shoulder) Abhi utha rahe ho tum mujhe? Ek toh kal raat waise hi bina nahaye dhoye main yahan so gayi. Abhi mujhe nahana hai, yeh room saaf karna hai, bahar ka hall saaf karna hai,
Neil- Woah. Wait. Yeh sab, tum saaf karogi? Rani ko kya free ki pagar deti ho?
Mini starts up, then fuses.
Mini- Par abhi mujhe toh nahana padega na?
Neil- Toh nahao na?
Mini- Whatever. (She hops out of the room) Nahi.
Neil- Kya?
Mini- Pst! Main apne room mein jaungi toh wahan bhi sab ganda kar doongi.
Neil- A re?
Mini- Main, ek din tumhara washroom use kar loon?
Neil- What!
Mini- Please. Abhi late bhi ho raha hai bahut.
Neil- Okay-
Mini- Thanks! Tum Arya se keh kar mere kapde bhijwa dena, (she opens his shelf and takes out two long towels) I'm going, okay?
Neil- Ok-
(She enters and closes the door.)
Neil- Okay, just don't damp your stitches... (he walks out with is hands on pocket) Crazy...
Dadu and Biji come from the main gate.
Neil- Namaste Dadu - Biji.
Biji- Neil, Mini kahan hai? Mickey bata raha tha kal raat hi Aa gaye teeno?
Neil- Han Biji. Woh, theek hai abhi. Shower le rahi hai.
Dadu- Shukar hai, Mata Rani. Theek ho gayi humari bacchi.
Just then Rani came, with a pile of folded clothes of Arya.
Neil- Rani, agar Mini ke bhi kapde bahar hain toh mere room mein usse de dena, woh actually nahane chali gayi bina kuch liye.
Rani nods
Dadu- (to Neil) Tumhare room mein?
Idiot, Neil calls himself under his breath. He turns meekly to face him. But before Dadu bombards him with questions, Arya comes out of her room.
