love and heartbreak. (8-31-23)

I fell in love with my best friend. 

And I've felt like I was at a dead end. 

The happiness, the pain, the heartbreak. 

I didn't know how much I could take. 

I loved him with my whole being. 

And was mad at the girl he was seeing. 

I was angry and upset. 

But I could never forget. 

how happy he made me feel,

And the number of cards I had to deal. 

To make him mine

Till the end of time.
