alicent hightower was a woman that engulfed in what she had gotten due to the life she was suddenly thrusted in at a young age by the hands of her father, at first she hated the position she was in, she hated being a breeding mare for her husband who barely gave her a slick of his attention, she hated becoming a mother at only the age of six and ten, she even hated the thought of being queen

but as time breezed by, slowly she indulged in the title she was forced in, she liked the power she held in her palm ...it gave her somewhat closure and satisfaction knowing she can do and say as she pleases—she learned to love her children even if she dislikes what her sons does at times knowing it was a thing she cannot unchange but only see through it

so upholding the righteous and poised facade, alicent had to keep a reputation ...one of which she hadn't realized that very righteous wall will crumble down when a certain woman sets her gaze upon her

"your grace"

called alicents handmaiden making the queen turn her head ever so slightly to the woman with her brow raised in question "the king has requested your presence in the courtyard"

this confused the brunette "should he not be resting in his chambers? what ever is he doing in the courtyard" fussed alicent over her husband's health, her hands lifted her emerald dress lightly as she walked pass the handmaiden to the requested destination ready to scold the king for leaving his chambers knowing what condition he was under

heels clicked against the floors as green swished passed the corner of the red keep, alicent had taken notice of how the castle had gone nearly still as she assumed the guards and some of the court were in the courtyard alongside the king "your grace!" a voice from behind her strutting form called making alicent halt in her steps turning to whom it might be

ser criston cole, her personal guard and member of the kingsguard made his way to her "what is it?"

the knight caught his breathe before speaking "seems as though a guest of the spoiled princess had made their arrival" alicent hushed the man looking around the hallway for any lurking eyes before she looked to the knight
