"Have you rid of that girl?" the voice of otto hightower entered alicents ears as the queen hadn't bothered to remove her eyes from the view outside her window stall, she nearly sighed out deeply at the sight of her father in her courters where she wish not to be bothered

but she opted on a simple hum at his question, otto slow steps sounded throughtout the still room as he neared his daughter eyeing her sulk-ish form with suspension "and the tea you've given her?" he asked again now standing beside her

alicent closed her eyes for a brief moment trying not to think of the events that took place days prior "yes i have and she'll no longer be a problem father, i assure you" her tone low giving the man a verbal answer

otto hadn't seem pleased with the sight of his daughter as he turned his eyes down to her "the day comes soon where aegon is to take his crown, we not know how long the king might live ..mayhaps weeks ..days" that very conversation instantly brought a pain to alicents head "we must prepare ourselves for the outcome of aegon taking his rightful place, rhaenyra will sought out peace yes ..but daemon shall want war, along with his bastard.."

there, the queen took in a sharp breathe as she struggled to keep her composure "what does she have to do with all this? she is a drunk and cares not for the acts of war" she told the man sharply

otto rose his brow "yet she had the blood of daemon targaryen running through her veins, her loyalty to her family is as strong as his and she will want to side with rhaenyra when the time comes"

alicent scoffed lightly "what exactly does this concern i? you expect me to order her execution right after her uncle's death?"

the hand now looked out the window as he lightly shook his head "no ...i want you to do more to the bastard" his tone turned into one of suspension causing alicent to glance at him from the corner of her eye "what are you implying?"
