IS THERE A BACKSTORY?
Just a random picture I found whilst scrolling, so I decided to turn it into a cover.And a simple one at that <3
The story sounds a bit sad though— don't blame me Taylor made me crazy as "champagne problems" is stuck in my head: 'your mom's ring in your pocket my picture in your wallet your heart was glass i dropped it champagne problems' 🥂
I was brainstorming for alternatives to the title and looked up the meaning of Champagne Lovers which is this: 'A love celebrated in pure luxury and indulgence'
It was perfect for this cover! Plus, I discovered there's a Niall Horan song of the same name ✨
