Epilogue

Ricardo felt the thrill as the floating objects aimed at him. Finally, the excitement he's been searching for came.

Max waved her hand. In a matter of seconds, waved of different objects flown towards Ricardo.

Kaagad na tumakbo si Ricardo. Because of his skill upgrade, mad mabilis na siya kumpara kanina. the flying objects didn't manage to even touch him.

Muling ikinumpas ni Max ang kanyang kamay. A fallen tree made its way towards Ricardo. Imbis na iwasan, sinalubong ito ni Ricardo. Nang malapit na ito sa kanya at tumalon siya sa ere. He landed on top of the tree na ibinato sa kanya ni Max. He used it as a stepping stone and jumped to the othen floating objects para makalapit kay Max na nasa ere. Kaagad naman naintindihan ni Max ang gusto nitong gawin kaya inilayo niya ang mga gamit malapit sa kanya.

Napansin ni Ricardo ang ginagawa ni Max kaya naman kaagad siyang bumwelo at saka tumalon patungo sa direksyon ni Max. He raised his arm and punched her. But instead of hitting Max, tumigil sa ere ang kanyang kamao at tumama sa isang matigas na bagay. It was a mana barrier Max made. Pero dahil sa mabilisan niya lang itong ginawa at dahil sa lakas nang suntok ni Ricardo, the shield immediately cracked. Muli sana itong susuntukin pero dahil wala siyang tinatapakan ay unti-unti siyang nahulog.

Max activated her skill, Force field. She increased the gravity kaya mas bumilis ang pagbulusok ni Ricardo pababa. When he landed, the land emits smoke dusts. Dahil sa lakas nang impact ay bumaon sa lupa ang kanyang mga paa. He was about to pull it away nang maramdaman niya na may papalapit sa kanya kaya napatingala siya.

It was Max, shooting down like a comet. Balot nang mana ang kanyang katawan. The increased gravity increase her speed together with the telekinesis. Ricardo can feel the danger but it is too late to dodge kaya naman itinaas niya ang mga braso at pinagkrus para sanggain ito. But to his surprise, strings blocked his view. But he immediately calmed down nang marealize na skill iyon ni Navarro para protektahan siya. There are a lot of strings, forming a cocoon around him. Even then, he maintained his position and waited for the impact because he knows those strings are not enough to block Max's attack.

Ricardo waved his arms to swat Max away. Kaagad namang tumalsik palayo si Max but she used her telekinesis and hovered in the air. She managed to steady herself nang muli na namang sumugod sa kanyang si Ricardo. She waved her hand as a big piece of debris went flying towards Ricardo pero sinuntok lang ito noon at patuloy na tumakbo patungo sa kanya. Max kept glying backwards and throwing things Ricardo who chase after her.

They kept their game of tag for a few minutes nang biglang may mga sinulid na sumulpot. Binalutan nito sa katawan si Max, hindering her movements.

'So you decided to join the game, huh?' Sabi ni Max sa sarili nang saglit na sinulyapan ang direksyon ni Navarro, who is now sneakering at her as he noticed her eyes on him.
