When i say i love you, it's not the kind of love you see in this generation a lot.
When i say i love you, I don't mean putting your initial into my instagram bio, i'd rather wear it as a bracelet around my wrist.
I wouldn't tag you under all these tiktoks to tell you what i feel, i'd rather write letters , in secret, and may hand them to you as if they were your words i kissed.
I wouldn't call you just for some netflix and chill 'cuz we both know what that means,
instead i would like you to take me through the rain to places i've never seen.
I tell you all the things i would do to you, and it's nothing to do with what you may now think.
It would be singing in the kitchen at 3am, dance badly to our favourite songs until all i see through my rosered loveglasses is pink.
It would be laughing our heads off until we can't breathe or fiddling with our feat under the table in class,
sharing gazing smiles in a room full of people and falling asleep on your side or in your arm after long talks.
When i say i love you, I don't want you to tell me you love me too.
I want you to show me as i'd show you, like it's the only thing that unconditionally matters to you.
