the next day, jadon met up with destiny to tell her the news about him joining dortmund until 2019. he made sure she was the last one out the rest of his friends because that was his girlfriend, and one of the closest person to him.

i walked to her house and knocked on her door, i heard footsteps and she opened the door. she greeted me with a hug and looked around for her mom then gave me a kiss. we walked in her room and laid down on her bed.

"i missed you" jadon said to me

"jadon it hasn't even been a full 24 hrs that u havent seen me" i say

"still doesnt mean i cant miss you" he adds on and looks up at me

"what happened tho, why did u come over here?" i ask

he smiles

"what happened?" i ask curiously

"i have news to tell you" i say to her

"what is it?" she asked

as she says that i give her the letter to read and she jumps onto me and starts jumping around her room,

"oh my days jadon, this is big for your career" she says to me

i laugh and lay back on the bed,

"i know, i know" i say

"are you taking it?" she ask

"of course, i have too if i wanna be successful in this football ting"

she smiles,

"we should throw a likkle party for you then" she says

"alright, but not a big one tho"

"for sure, for sure" she says and lays next to me.

later that day destiny called over his n her friends over for jadon's little celebration, she invited reiss, stephane, omari, and them over. the party was pretty much like a send off for jadon because this was their last summer with the whole group before they officially graduate high school and go on with their lifes,

"nah man i really can't believe this is our last summer as teenagers" chloe says,

"well, it was fun to say for the least" kairo says as moving closer to chloe,

destiny gets up and walks into the kitchen to get a drink, leaving everybody in the living room, as she walks to the sink. she feels hands around her waist, as she looks up she sees jadon.

she turns around to face him and smiles

"imma miss you" destiny says

" imma miss you too" jadon says

"it won't be for long, i'll try to visit as much as i can" he adds on

"you better" she says

she pulls him in for a kiss and then backs away,

"i love you" destiny says

"i love you too" jadon says.

since then that was it for jadon and destiny, after jadon moved three months in the long distance relationship it started to fall apart, destiny was more focused on school and jadon was focused on football. they wouldn't communicate on the daily as they said they would, texts that getting dry to eventually going green. it was over,
