A/N: Yep, this story has been collecting dust in my files ever since then. One of the unpublished stories that I was able to retrieve before the great data wipeout of my PC.

A/N: I was planning on making a Chika x OC fanfic but this is what I came with up so far. Yes, I know, about the title, when I heard it, I had the spark complete this story.

"Yes? What is it Chi-chan?"

"Do you really have to go?"

"I have to."

"Why?"

"Mom said to keep it a secret. I'm sorry."

"Oh."

The girl with orange hair and red pink eyes began to tear up.

"Will I see you again?"

"Chi-chan, please don't ask me that."

"Why? I-I don't know when will you come back? I don't know where are you going. I don't know......"

"I will come back. Okay?"

"You promise?"

"Of course."

"I'll wait for you! Then, then! We can play again here in the ocean!"

Uchiura......

I always remembered that my family used to live on this town eight years ago.

I didn't really much remember because my recent memories were always on the hospital.

In fact, we moved to America so that I will be able to receive the proper treatment and healthcare.

Not that we don't trust our country's healthcare, it's that it was the recommendation to us.

Fortunately, my parents' work required them to migrate to America, thus I spent eight years living in a foreign country.

Yet I was able to adapt accordingly.

Now.....

We are back in Japan, and back to the place where I was born and raised......
