A/n: This chapter will be a POV from Cate's two years, this should be interesting enjoy your read.

Walking away from y/n was the hardest decision of my life, but, I couldn't lose my children so I had to do what was necessary.
I haven't seen, spoken, or even heard from her in the span of two years. Not even from the media to, subside my pain of loss I decided to take upon new roles. Getting drowned in work was a coping mechanism. I recently got offered to play this character named 'Lydia Tár', Todd the director said he specifically written the role for me.

Shocking news but I accepted nevertheless "And... Action!" Todd shouted.

"Alright. Good... Back to one. Remember
that sforzando on the whole note attached to the eighth must be strict. But also as if we're hearing it from a great distance. Ta Ta Ta kaaa. Ta Ta Ta kaaa. Ta Ta Ta kaaaaaa" Lydia announced, praising the people who sat before her.

Stopping her talking she takes a look around the auditorium squinting slightly "Uhh, Is Harald nearby?" She asked out loud wanting an answer for anyone who knew his whereabouts.

A response from the speaker expressed itself.—" Great. I wonder if you might quickly rig something up for us?" Inquiring.

With that she turned, raising a hand and with a flick of her wrist the music began and the chairmen and woman began to play. Composing the players she came to a stop.
"Gut, Gut. Wunderbar wunderbar, that was amazing everyone!" Lydia praised them, having  eye contact with her wife Sharon.

"And Cut" Starting his statement. "That was amazing everyone Cate you rocked that! Excellent job Nina. Alright guys it's the end of the shooting day so I'll see you guys tomorrow" Todd cheered clamping his hands together with that the bells in the studio went off.

I started collecting my things and began walking to my trailer, "Cate wait up!" Nina shouted.

Slowing my pace down so she could catch up for minutes on we walked in silent "So how are you?" Nina asked, turning her head slightly. —"Hm me? Oh I'm fine why ask?"

"Well with everything, I thought" She started but got cut off. "Exactly thought, I'm fine truly Nina." Smiling slightly, waving her off I stepped into my trailer plumbing onto the couch. I got up to get a glass and some wine, I laughed at the feeling this wine was y/n's favorite. Bursting the cork from its home I poured the liquid into my cup, savoring the fond taste once it touched my tongue.

Drinking this made me somehow feel closer to her.

Walking into the suite I purchased I took a quick shower, eating then getting into bed just as I was going to turn the lights off. My phone ranged looking at the caller id it was the kids calling from Andrew's phone.

"Hi mummy , we've missed you!" Cheering.— "Hi baby mummy missed you guys too, how are you guys?" Laughing.

"Uhh fine, ooo guess what. We got all A's on our report cards see" They all showed me the certificates. —" That's fantastic, definitely going on the fridge when I get back home" starting "Oh, where's your father?" Asking since there was no sign of him.

"Dad's in the kitchen" One of the boys spoke.
I nodded.— "Kids bedtime!" Andrew screamed. I groaned nearly scoffing. "Alright listen to your father. Good night loves"— "Night mum" All in sync before the face time went dead.

Dropping my phone on the bed I let out a long sigh, letting sleep swallow me whole.
Hours into my sleep I woke up in a cold sweat this happened every three days a week since I last saw her. Sighing I got out of bed and processed to get a glass of water I couldn't sleep so I just went to watch a movie. This movie brought me comfort as a little girl so it did me justice....

The next day:

"Hey Cate we need you in five" Looking at his watch as I myself were just getting done with my makeup. I couldn't move since I was being pampered with powder so I just gave him a thumbs up.
"Thank you Miranda you're the best, take care now" Leaving the department I walked the route to set having a bottle in hand and a few assistants behind me.

I was just getting to the door, but, I saw I was getting recorded, documentary of the filming journey I suppose. Giving a quick smile, raising my brows, entering the room that had a sign plastered 'Set '.

"Alright guys! Let's get started we don't want to waste anymore time" Todd shouted then nodding at me, getting into place.
Four hours of shooting felt like ten being exhausted; however just as I were going to leave the studio room Todd stopped me "Cate you were amazing out there truly I mean it"

"Oh thank you, I have to say I still can't believe you wrote this movie, well character all based from me" Chuckling a bit in amusement.

"Yea believe it or not, wrote it all within twelve weeks. Hey you should join me and my wife 'Serena' for dinner, she just flew in to visit"

"Uh, sure if it's fine with you" Sounding unsure.

"Please it'll be my pleasure" He pushed.

I finally gave in greeting him a bye I left, when I got back to my suite I immediately took a shower feeling fresh once I got out. I wanted to do something causal so I wore a suit fitting my sense and taste in fashion.
My lift driver drove me to the destination, the restaurant was beautiful, magnificent I must say, Germany was know for its beautiful architecture but gosh was it a fairytale.

"Cate!"

Getting my attention I turned. My sight only to reveal Todd he escorted me to his table where I met his wife and other counterparts Nina was there as well. "Cate I didn't know you were coming" A shocked manner in her tone.

"I could say the same about you. Lovely to meet you Mrs. Field" Talking to Nina, then greeting Serena and the others.

"Oh please, address me by Serena lovely to meet you too"

Our food and more drinks arrived "Danke"
I spoke towards the waiter or as they say in german 'der kellner' everyone following the gesture.

"So, Cate tell me. What do you plan on doing after this production?" Nina asked, the others looking at me.

"I don't really know, maybe take a break. Well that is if I don't change my mind about it and all" Everyone nodded hearing my testimony.

We talked about business, hobbies, and many other things hours end on. I'd say it was a fun time I needed this to clear thoughts.

Dinner coming to an ending we left, I said bye and was now heading back to my hotel suite after a very eventful day.
