「𝑶𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒂'𝒔 𝒑𝒐𝒗」
We all gathered in the kitchen as we waited for Copia to tell us why he called for us.
« We've been touring for so long... so, since the tour is now over, I decided, why not have a day out at the theme park? » Copia said as a smile appeared on his face.
« Awh, that's so thoughtful! » Sunshine said, smiling.
« Yeah! That's awesome, I already can't wait! » Cirrus said, chuckling.
「Later」
Leaving the house at 8:15 in two cars, we arrived at 9:20 as it was quite far away. Copia decided that we should be divided into teams of 3 and go around the theme park with them. Copia, obviously, would choose the team he wanted to be in. Why? I had no idea. I was with Sodo and Rain... Rain was alright, but I had a bad feeling about Sodo being with me. Since we were in October, there were people disguised as clowns, scaring people, and the haunted house was open. Were we going to do the haunted house? Absolutely.
« What should we start with? » I asked Sodo and Rain.
« I don't know, I'm kinda up for the haunted house. » Sodo said, his arms crossed as he looked at me.
« Yeah! That's a good idea. » I said, smiling.
« I'm not sure.. » Rain said quietly.
« Are you scared? » Sodo teased Rain as a playful grin was seen on his face.
We started to tease Rain as he laughed a bit before telling us to stop.
« Hey, you two are getting along..? » Aether asked as he pointed at me and Sodo.
« What? » We both said at the same time, as Sodo frowned.
« Never mind. » He said, walking away, chuckling.
After the three of us decided on something to do, we headed to the haunted house. As we walked there, a few people disguised as clowns scared us. Of course, they were only actors, but holy shit... One crawled towards me, and I didn't even see it until it was at less than three feet away from me.
« AAHH, WHAT THE FUCK. » I screamed as I grabbed Sodo's arm, unintentionally.
Sodo was quick to realise and let out a quiet grunt as his face turned red. As soon as I noticed, I quickly let go of his arm and chuckled nervously. Not even a few seconds later, I received a notification on my phone. I checked and saw I got a message from the group chat, which had the ghouls and Copia as members. Cirrus sent a video. It seemed like she saw me, Sodo and Rain, and decided to film us, but she unintentionally caught the moment I got scared and grabbed Sodo's arm.
« Go to hell, Cirrus! 😭😭 » I said, replying to the video.
She replied with laughing emojis. After a bit of waiting in line, it was finally our turn to go into the haunted house. Sodo decided to go first as I was behind him, followed by Rain. At the first scare, Rain was already holding my hand tightly. At this point, I thought he was gonna break it because of how tight he was holding it. For now, I only flinched at a few scares, but I lost it as a clown with a chainsaw passed by us and pretended he was about to cut my throat with his chainsaw. I was holding Sodo's arm super tightly, yet this time, he didn't seem to actually care. As we got out of the haunted house, I let out a sigh of relief before getting scared once again by the same 'crawling clown' as earlier, who grabbed my foot and laughed in character as it ran away once I noticed it
「Some time later」
It was around 12:30 PM, and since we had just finished eating, we wanted to do something calm. Sodo and I agreed to go on the Ferris wheel, but Rain said he would wait for us down there because he was afraid of heights. After a long time of waiting, we got on and enjoyed the view. I took out my phone and took a selfie of the two of us. Sodo didn't even seem to notice as I took the picture. I sent it to the group chat.
Sunshine: Where's Rain?
Me: He didn't want to come with us's afraid of heights, he said.
Mountain: That explains why he's sitting at a table alone.
Cirrus: Oooh, our little lovebirds are having their moment 😏
Me: Shut up!
My face became red of embarrassment as I saw Cirrus's text, but luckily, Sodo was focused on something else. I put my phone back in my pocket and noticed we were at the highest point of the Ferris wheel.
« Look at that. It's so pretty! » I said as I took my phone out, again, and took a picture of the view we had right now.
Sodo stayed silent and just looked at me as I took the picture. He was mostly staying quiet and looking at the view. When the ride was over, we joined Rain, and we decided together which ride we wanted to do next.
« Well, I kinda want to do this one over there. » Rain said, pointing at a ride The Titan.
« Yes! We have to do this one! » I exclaimed, eager to do it.
Sodo was also willing to do it too, so we all headed to go in line for the Titan. As we were waiting, we spotted Mountain, Swiss, Aether, and Copia.
« Hey, guys! » We heard Copia say as he saw us as well.
« Hi!! » I exclaimed as we went to join them, going a little bit back in the line, but it didn't matter.
« You guys are gonna do the Titan as well? » Aether asked.
« Uh, yeah, why would we be here then? » Sodo asked, giving him attitude.
Was he always like this?
« You're right. » Aether said, chuckling as he realized how dumb his question sounded.
When our turn came, we made sure we had enough seats for our two teams, and we all sat next to each other. To my right was Sodo, and to my left, there was Swiss. In the middle of the ride, I was screaming at the top of my lungs. It had to be expected, honestly. It was so fun but scary at the same time.
「Later」
By 8 PM, people were starting to leave, but the theme park was open until 11 PM since there were fireworks tonight. We had all agreed that we were going to stay for the fireworks.
Just like that, Sodo and I happened to be on the Ferris wheel again as they started the fireworks. As the several fireworks were shot into the sky, Sodo and I looked at them, a smile on my face as it was pretty much the first time I ever experienced fireworks.
« This is so fun. Isn't the view amazing? » I asked Sodo.
« ... What... uh, yeah. It is. » He said, looking at me as he spoke, yet I didn't even seem to notice his eyes on me.
