「𝑶𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒂'𝒔 𝒑𝒐𝒗」
I sat in the passenger seat and checked on Sodo. He had woken up just a few minutes ago and kept making dumb jokes... they weren't even funny. He was literally laughing at his own jokes.
« You know, like... You... are so, so... very prettyyy~ » Sodo said with a drunken smile on his face.
« Yeah, of course. Can't you go back to sleep or something?? » I asked sarcastically.
« ... Okay, mom! Don't shout at me... » He started fake crying and lied on the back seat of the car.
When we got home, we noticed the lights were on, so this probably meant that the ghouls or Copia were still awake. Sodo fell when he got out of the car. He looked like an absolute idiot. I laughed before helping him up. He leaned onto me to the point that I almost fell, and I helped him get inside the house because I had the feeling he could fall at any moment. Even with my help, he wasn't walking straight.
« Where were you guys? » Mountain asked worriedly as he saw us enter the house
« We were at a party. Why? » I answered, looking at the tall man.
« I was looking for you! Why didn't you tell me? » He asked.
« I don't know. I didn't warn anybody I was leaving. » I said, shrugging as if it were no big deal that I has probably scared Mountain with my sudden 'disappearance.'
« And what happened to Sodo? » He curiously asked, now seeming a little amused yet concerned seeing him in this state.
« He's dumb. That's what happened. » I answered sarcastically.
Aether then got in the house and went to the living room. All the ghouls were still awake. They were all watching a horror movie in the living room with Copia.
« You guys are back! » Cumulus said as Aether sat on the couch.
« So, how was that party, Neptune? » Cirrus asked as I walked by.
« It was good! » I answered with a smile as I stopped in the doorway to talk with them before taking Sodo to his room.
« What's wrong with Sodo? » Swiss asked as he chuckled, noticing the way he stumbled back and forth as he tried standing straight.
« He's drunk. That's the problem. » Aether said.
« I'm not drunk. You are! » Sodo said as he pointed at Aether before almost falling.
« See? Drunk. » Aether said as he laughed at Sodo.
« Where'd his mask go? » Rain asked, noticing that he didn't have his mask on compared to when he left the house.
« About that... I think he lost it or something. » I answered.
I let go of him for one second to rearrange the mask as it was somewhat still on my face, and Sodo fell on the floor.
« Oh my god... » I sighed as I picked him up.
« Hehehe, lovebirds. » Swiss joked.
I frowned as Swiss said that. Did he not understand when I told him it annoyed me?
« LoVebiRdS » Sodo mocked, his voice slurring.
I laughed as he said that, and so did Cirrus and Aether. I went to Sodo's room to put him in his bed, but he seemed to not want to cooperate.
« Stop! » He said in some kind of high-pitched voice, making me laugh.
« No, you need to rest. Just go to sleep now. » I said as I led him to his bed.
He walked towards his bed but stopped as he was about to lie in it. Suddenly, he let himself fall onto it, and seconds later, soft snoring came from him.
« Goodnight, you idiot. » I said as I rubbed his shoulder before leaving the room and closing the door behind me to let him sleep without getting disturbed.
Before going back to the living room, I went into my room to change into comfy clothes and then went to sit on the floor with Swiss and Copia since there was no more space on the couch. I decided to finish watching the movie with them. There were just a few minutes left to the movie, but I couldn't stay awake any longer as the exhaustion was getting to me. I fell asleep and unintentionally put my head on Swiss' shoulder as he was the one next to me. He looked at me with a look of surprise as he noticed I had fallen asleep, my head on his shoulder.
« Oh, what's happening, Swiss? You're flustered? » Aether mocked as he noticed.
« No! » Swiss said as he frowned. « I'm just surprised... »
