"Yeah" I respond to Nikeeta as I put in my cheer bow in my hair which was tied up in a high ponytail
"I'm kind of nervous for this, its the first practice" Nikeeta says
"Stressing won't do anything for you, you'll be fine and you'll have Bella and I with you" Kelly smiles at her. At this point we were early into the changing rooms about 3 minutes before everyone went in to change for the first practice. I decided on wearing black sports shorts, a beige Tommy Hilfiger jumper, a white sports bra underneath my jumper with black socks and black trainers.

"Lets go in I think Coach is waiting for us" I speak being done and last to finish getting ready as we walk out with the girls we see the boys walking out at the same time to go into their gym and people start going into our changing room
"I need a nervous shit" Nikeeta speaks
"No you need cheer" I say pushing her into the gym as the three of us walk to Coach who was on the other side next to the speakers
"No I really need a shit"
"You took a shit before we went and changed, you need cheer" Kelly adds as we both push her inside
"Welcome ladies" Coach says greeting us all
"Hi" We all say together
"So here's whats going to happen, quick intro's since both teams are practicing together today, then we are all going into the other gym to the basketball team so everyone can meet, then both teams are coming back and staying in here to start practicing where we do warm-ups, then were doing stunts and going over basic terminology for all the new people not knowing what things mean like going into a prep and all that stuff" Coach responds
"What are we doing with the basketball team?" I ask confused
"Since we work closely it would be nice to meet each other and get acquainted" Coach responds. Fair enough "But its going to be extremely packed in here today though ladies so when we are doing stunts I'm going to need you to take your own sections maybe we can do 2 per team not sure yet but I'll work it out"
"Okay" We say in response before we all start talking about what to expect from the basketballers this season. Justin had told me about a few of them before but I haven't put a face to the name yet so not sure who's who or who this mysterious guy they're trying to set Nikeeta up with even though we could meet him but we wouldn't know because they won't tell us his name that they're trying to set her up with.
"Welcome everyone, come and take a seat on the floor please" Coach says calling everyone over as practice had started now
"Nikeeta you haven't put your bow in yet" I turn to tell her
"Oh yeah I forgot" Nikeeta nervously laughs as she quickly puts it in
"So I'm the Coach, you can call me Coach Smith, I'll be coaching both the game day teams and competition teams with the head teams under me. A lot of you have transferred from different teams to come to this one since we made it all the way to internationals and won so hopefully this year we can uphold that title. The head team for the competition team who also did try outs will be Kelly-Louise who is captain, Arabella who is second and Nikeeta who is third" Coach says as we put our hands up and wave quickly around so everyone sees our face "Then as you know this year we have a new division which is the game day team. I decided on having this so we can have more time focusing on the different routines for the competitions. The head team for this team is Mila as captain, Aurora as second and Dayton as third"
