This Is Where We Part and We Meet

I walked around the boat and saw a familiar faunus.

"Blake...?" She gasped when she turned to me and then raised her brow,

I smile and walk to her

"I go by April now... just to not cause much trouble and all... How have you been? I like the new look." I say but notice her behavior in a way

Intimidated?

"The sunsets here are no joke... Haven't been out in the ocean in a while..." I say, closing my eyes and feeling the warm breeze

"...I-if you're here to stop me...then you're wasting your time..." I turned to her as she said so, then looked ahead

To be really honest, I didn't know what had happened after the Fall of Beacon...

Phyrra's death was confirmed by Miss Glynda herself,

While Yang's arm was from Miss Peach, no information was really given to me from there.

"I'm heading to Haven...well to Mistral First, I have business with the Headmaster there, hopefully to receive aid from their Huntsmen for Beacon as well..." I say, looking at her

"Are you heading home? If it's alright for me to ask... It's been a while since we last talked like this..." I ask her while she looks down to the ocean

I noticed her bow is gone

"If you aren't comfortable talking to me about it, it's still fine. Rides like these are meant to be embraced with peace of mind..." I say

"How are you still...in peace with yourself...?" Blake asks me as I look at her

Right, the White Fang was heavily involved in the attack.

"After what had happened...How do you still...manage to get the strength to show yourself to others...to....someone like me...?" She says and I look at her

"Blake... you can't blame yourself all for what happened in Beacon...the event was far too calculated from our expectations, and it was out of our control..." I tell her and reach for her shoulder

"Even when... you all gave it your all... Do not think one bit that because our kingdom has fallen doesn't mean that all hope is lost..." I say

"It's...it's not that!" Blake stops due to the sudden wave

I look to the ocean and see movement underwater.

"Grimm. Our conversation will have to continue afterward." I tell her then I ran up the stairs to get a better view

Unfortunately, the Grimm beat me to it as it rose up from the sea...

"That is one massive Grimm...Fro, stay close until I say so, this will need both of us..." I say as she oozes out of me while I open my sheild and spear, then the captain is notified of the alert

I see Blake jumping ahead and maneuvering on the air with her ribboned blade shooting at the Grimm, then it dives down to shake her off as she is forced back to the boat

With its head heavily guarded, Fro wouldn't be able to slice through it unless she'd dig from its skin then to its head...

Its roar would also counteract my scream.

I ran with Fro leaping with a hold on her as she crawled on hold to the Grimm

It flicked me in the air, then I released multiple fires from my shotgun with my sheild in the ready,

Blake then came in and slashed with her katanas, but the skin is also too strong, seeing that even Fro isn't making much progress

Fro saw me fall and caught me in time, landing back on the boat as I caught my breath to think.
