When you walked gracefully through that door
My jaw dropped, almost to the floorYou looked spectacularly divine
As you walked slowly down the aisleThere was only me, only you
In that large hall, filled with peopleAnd as I took your hand in mine
I felt like I had won a prizeWhen I heard you say I do,
I saw our future, me and youI cannot stop the tears I cry
As I look into your lifeless eyesI look at the wrinkles on your face
And your soft hair, now very grayI'd give my life for one more day
To hear your voice, to see your gazeGoodbye, until we meet again
In my heart, you'll forever stay
