It's my second chance to attend the Venice film festival but this time I am the centre of attention. I try not to be this anxious because I know that it'll show on camera but I can't help it. Only, H can calm me down, not completely but better than anyone else. He is currently in the lobby of the hotel trying to have Harry Lambert come inside the hotel as incognito as he can. We don't want to take away the surprise effect from our big outing.
Harry is going to attend the festival with me today. It's the first time he is going to let anybody know his personal business and it's nerve wracking for him too. It's devastating that I had to leave the engagement ring behind but we don't want to let anyone know about the engagement yet because all the questions they will ask me will be about that. Oh, how I love being a woman..
Being a woman you have to be ready for a fight every day you wake up. There are a lot of reasons why that is a reality and what fight you have to give. For me, my everyday fight is to avoid all the questions they ask me about my personal life, the one I don't want to share with everyone. Being in an engagement will cause new questions that I'll have to avoid. We agreed to wait a bit to have the wedding. I only now started going to therapy to solve my family issues and Harry is at the peak of his career and we aren't ready to do this yet. We know all these reasons but the reporters don't and even if I tell them, they will ask me again and again about the wedding, they will speculate about a secret pregnancy and they will watch every step of our relationship. I can't deal with all these and neither can Harry. So it's better to keep it just for us for now.
My room has become a big closet. Clothes are everywhere and Luna's assistant tries to have everything in order so the room seems a bit bigger. Morgan is curling my hair in order to do the hairstyle she agreed with Luna. Luna is the only one that met Harry, by the way. We had a meeting a few months ago with her and Harry's stylist, Harry, in order to have our outfits matching. We agreed in white coloured outfits at first but we changed my colour a few weeks ago.
Harry will wear Gucci, I'm sure he's getting dressed right now in his room and he will be here in a few seconds. I'm wearing Schiaparelli, a simple dress because as much as I like acting, I don't want to be in the limelight, I don't want to have everyone looking at me but Cara says I have to, so this dress is the best I can wear on this occasion.
