'Jake had this plan... this crazy idea to group as many clans as we could into the fight to drive the human out.' Nate turned his eyes to look at the Tree of Souls as it grew smaller and smaller.

He and Ke'Kaya were to set out to the west and south and gather the clans in the mountains and valleys.

The Omaticaya weren't the first clans the humans had encountered; they weren't the only ones who wanted the small, worthless beings gone.

The next morning, the sun shone over a mountaintop, the Na'vi of the Zeswa clan going about their lives before a large shadow overtook the upper plain, causing all the people to turn their eyes to the sky. Xenoruk let out a high-pitched screech, and the Zeswa Na'vi all jumped back in fear as the massive creature landed with a thud. The Olo'eyktan raced forward, spear in hand as his mate, the Tsahik stood beside him, calming her people. Nate jumped off his Leonopteryx, looking over the new clan before turning and helping his mate off his mount. Ke'Kaya linked their hands before they approached the clan leaders.

~𝐼 𝑠𝑒𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑂𝑙𝑜'𝑒𝑦𝑘𝑡𝑎𝑛, 𝑇𝑠𝑎ℎ𝑖𝑘,~ Nate made the formal greeting.

~𝐴 𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑤𝑎𝑙𝑘𝑒𝑟...~ The Tsahik chirped to her partner, narrow eyes pointed at Nate.

~𝐼 𝑠𝑒𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢, 𝐾𝑒'𝐾𝑎𝑦𝑎 𝑡𝑒 𝑇𝑠𝑘𝑎ℎ𝑎 𝑀𝑜'𝑎𝑡'𝑖𝑡𝑒~ The Olo'eyktan greeted the Omaticaya daughter, and she, him.

~𝑊ℎ𝑦 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑢𝑠... 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ ℎ𝑖𝑚?~ The mighty warrior turned his amber eyes toward Nate.

~𝑀𝑎'𝑂𝑙𝑜'𝑒𝑦𝑘𝑡𝑎𝑛, 𝑤𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑐𝑎𝑢𝑠𝑒 𝑤𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑒𝑘 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒,~ Ke'Kaya began.

~𝑊𝑒 𝑎𝑠𝑘 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑝 𝑖𝑛 𝑑𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑢𝑚𝑎𝑛 𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑠, 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑓𝑢𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐺𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡 𝑀𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟'𝑠 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑛,~ Nate followed, his stance staring but respecting, his ears lowered slightly.

The Tsahik softened her gaze and was suddenly very intrigued. She turned to her husband, the bright blue male cast eyes on hers, and she nodded.

~𝑊𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔,~ He turned back to Nate.

All the members of the clan gathered around as Nate and Ke'Kaya spoke.

Next were the Tipani clan and Tawakani clans. They were essential to the battle. Their knowledge of armor and battle, as well as the botany and chemistry of the Tawakani, could help poison arrows work faster and stronger.

With a whoosh and the crack of mighty wings, Jake returns. Jake and Neytiri alight from his legendary mount. Around them, hundreds of banshees are landing. From above they see hundreds of Na'vi streaming down into the Well of Souls and many hundreds more camped in the forest above it. Direhorse riders are arriving along many trails. Banshee riders circle and swoop, darkening the sky above the grotto. Jake, standing next to the Leonopteryx, watches his army gathering.

He walked through the camp, looking at all the warriors when his eyes spotted Nate sitting by one of the fires chatting with the new faces. Ke'Kaya sat on her knees behind him braiding his hair and inserting beads while talking to some other young women. He smiled as he approached them.
