"how are you Tae? Or should I say, Vixen?"
Hoseok is sitting on the single couch near her bed, watching her sleeping. Jungkook just left to get her breakfast as he offers to stay to watch over her. Taehyung opens her eyes slowly, figuring out the outline of the shadow sitting on the couch. The sun light from the outside makes her hard to identify who's the man asking her
"My lord..."
She sits properly in the middle of the bed bowing her head on him
"I'm glad to see you safe and alive after he abducted you."
Hoseok stops talking, he's not sure if Taehyung still remembers what happened yesterday. The abduction of her that cause of his other son. Jungkook is just being obedient not to face his half brother to give him punishment of what he did to his mate, if not only because he can't leave Taehyung that took a longer nap
"I remember everything.. he asked me out for a date and tricked me, I thought we're going in some museum but everything changes till I woke up as he insists that I should call my fox to save me"
Hoseok nods listening to her
"But I feel that I should be brave, I want to be brave to face him and show him what he made me do.."
Taehyung continues. She look at her hand feeling a light cut that is totally healed by now
She remembers she holds his blade and brakes it using her bare hand. She really remembers everything clear
"then I guess Vixen and you are now one. I'm so glad... Together you both are powerful with your mate beside you, I believe I could finally retire and pass it on Jungkook and you as his queen"
He smiles at the thought. Being God is tiring. If only he could take a vacation from all of this
"me and Vixen are now one?"
Her hands in her chest feeling her heartbeat
Slowly she feels her power runs from her heart and flows all over her. She closes her eyes, feeling more relax. Jungkook walks in holding a tray of food for her but stops in his tracks seeing Taehyung transform
Her hair grows longer, it's color changes in silver grey. She so beautiful like a goddess that she is
"Tae"
Jungkook calls, his father stands behind him and says silently
"I can't believe she survive this lifetime, she changes everything that is written for her. He broke his sword. The sword that supposed to kill her and that is because of her love for you"
"Father? Does this mean?"
"Yes!" He nods softly enjoying the view that took changes to the one he made to be his son's mate
"She passed the test to be rightfully be your side, afterall.. her mate is the legendary nine tailed fox"
Taehyung finally opens her eyes as it shine in bright blue and slowly turns to light purple. She smiles delighted to see her mate first thing upon opening her eyes
"My Jungkookie"
Jungkook walks to her, cupping her face close to him. Taehyung holds his hand looking at his eyes and lips. She wants to kiss him
"Tae, my Vixen.. finally"
She nods softly acknowledging his call
"This is amazing.. to see you, to be with you, to achieve this power by your side.. finally Jungkookie! No one can take me away from you. We will be together forever"
"yes, together, forever you'll be my side as I promise to be with you, to cherish you for a lifetime"
Jungkook closes the gap and claim her lips. Hoseok look down and leave them alone
The fated mates need time after losing each other for almost 4 decades. He closes the door as Jungkook and Taehyung cuddles, scenting each other. Jungkook wants to mark her as she wishes too but resist himself. There's a proper time for it

"have you ever wonder that what I'm going to do with you will broke my heart? Did you ever thought that it's hard for me to do this, I've given you all the opportunity to change your way, to stop listening to your mother, to atleast be obedient to me like a good son to his father but what did you choose to do? For all these years, you spent your time how to make their life miserable!"
Hoseok stand at the end of the bed where his son is laying feeling weak. He pay him a visit and couldn't stop himself from scolding him. He doesn't want to hurt him but he will be unfair if he put a blind eye for all the thing he did
Jungkook and Taehyung didn't deserve all of it
"Really father? Am i haven't been obedient to you? All I want is to have my mate back to me but what did you answer me? What did you say when I came to you on my knees, begging to bring her life back?! You said no! You denied it and told me to just wait for the right one for me but for him! For your favored son! You give everything for him but why not me?"
Younghoon still manage to shout at him even though his body is weaker than it used to be
"I told you to wait! All you have to do is to wait but you couldn't and insists what you want but when I told you that you're time is not yet to come you come to your mother! You asked her a lot of things and she give it to you without thinking! She spoiled you like a brat! As if she can give you the things that only me could give. All you have to do is to have patience but all you show me is how short temper you are and the envy that consumes your heart making your eyes blind!"
Hoseok grits his teeth. His youngest doesn't have any respect left for him
"And now you're going to punish me.. the punishment you think I deserve just because I wanted a perfect mate for myself"
His voice hoarse from too much struggling. The chains in his body that slowly sinking in his flesh getting deeper if he could only stay still
Hoseok doesn't know why he needs to always resist. All he is asking for him is to listen and wait for him
"If I won't punish you, what kind of father i am not to correct you wrong doings? When all i want for you is to be good. Would you consider it punishment and not just simply correcting you? As your father. I want you to be a good God but you left me no choice... Why you're being so hard to understand? I know somehow part of it is my flaws but it's not my fault that you choose to be like this than to be great that you can be"
Hoseok feel so sad that he can even raise his hand for his son. It's breaks his heart to see him like this, what more if he begins his punishment
He turn his back on him, wanting to leave him but the young man mocks him for not taking courage to do what he needs to do with him
"you're leaving me again... Of course you're going to turn your back on me.. again. I shouldn't get surprise by now what else should I expect from you? Puny God!"
He wants to ignore him, he holds the knob to open the door and leave him, he can think whatever he likes to think about his father and Hoseok doesn't care but the door opens revealing Jungkook. His eyes red glaring hard on him
"This is really out the line! You're disrespectful brat! How dare you! He is still our father and yet you choose to talk to him with all your nonsense reasons and words"
"and here comes his favorite son, you have no idea how I much I loathe you"
"oh dear brother.. you don't know how much I know what you're saying as i can say the feeling is mutual!"
He smirks and make the atmosphere of the room becomes so heavy for his weak body
