The anticipated day was finally here.
Jake was finally traveling to Bangkok for his competition. That too with heeseung, which was the factor Jake was most ecstatic about
Speaking of heeseung, the male had been nothing but supportive for Jake. He had been by Jake's side throughout his tiring lessons and had also provided the necessary comfort when Jake had a panic attack, doubting wether he would actually be able to do it
"Jake hyung! Heeseung hyung is here!" Sunoo's yell from outside Jake's door startled him out of his trance as he quickly packed his suitcase, double checking to make sure he didn't forget anything
He opened the door to his room and walked outside with his suitcase trailing behind him as he saw heeseung waiting for him with his own suitcase
"Hi" jake whispered while stalking towards heeseung who pulled him into a hug
"Hey love, feeling ok?" He asked as Jake stared up at him with bunched cheeks
"I'm feeling fine hee" jake softly replied, finding himself instantly relaxing in heeseung's comfort
"Enough of your lovey-dovey shit aldready!" Sunoo hissed from behind them as Jake peeled himself off of heeseung to face his roommate who stood with his hands on his hips
Niki stood behind sunoo, looking as tired as one could look. And from all the screaming and shouting Jake heard last night, niki had probably stayed up late to play games
And yes, at this point niki was a regular at their place. Jake would come back home from his swimming lessons and find niki sprawled around on the couch, watching something on the TV while sunoo cuddled him
"Hurry on both of you! It's aldready 7:30!" Sunoo screeched as Jake took a look at his watch and realised that it was indeed aldready 7:30
"Come here both of you! Quickly cause we gotta go" jake almost yelled, pulling sunoo into a bone-crushing hug
Next was niki, who, due to his tall height had to bend down to be able to hug Jake properly. But Jake gave no fucks about it
"Now both of you, behave!" Jake quickly began his little 'safety warning' as he called it "remember that this is still partly my house so please for the love of God do not let me come back home to find it possibly burnt down" jake began his ramble as sunoo looked towards heeseung with a look of 'stop this bitch' but heeseung just shrugged, agreeing with Jake
"Ok hyung!" Sunoo cut Jake off quickly "we know to behave ok. Now you both will be late so hurry the fuck off" sunoo assuringly told Jake, planting a quick kiss on his forehead before pushing both him and heeseung out the door "bye hyungs! Call me when you reach!" Sunoo yelled out as heeseung and Jake walked inside the elevator which was working for once
"Bye sunoo! Bye niki!!" Jake said before the door closed as niki and sunoo waved them bye
They both reached downstairs as a cab awaited them. They got in the cab as it began its way to the airport
When they reached the airport, they had a few minutes to spare. Which is why heeseung quickly bought a seasoned corn for him. It was boiled corn with salt and pepper powder sprinkled onto it
"Damn this shit good!" Jake commented happily while taking another spoonful of the corn and feeding it to heeseung who was watching Jake being a ball of happiness
"Oh you're right! This is awesome" heeseung agreed with Jake before hearing the announcement for their flight "hurry yunnie, it's time to board" he told Jake who basically shoved the corn in his mouth, cheeks puffing up cutely as they walked towards the gate
They entered inside as Jake was looking around for their seat numbers in second class when he saw someone aldready sitting in what he believed was his place "that woman is sitting in my place" he muttered to heeseung, attempting to walk upto her but heeseung stopped him
"That's not our seat love" he told him as Jake felt confused at what heeseung was saying. He silently wondered heeseung's words as the said elder was busy dragging Jake somewhere
But as Jake saw the sign indicating first class, his eyes widened as he looked to heeseung who was still busy taking Jake somewhere
When he stopped, Jake looked at him bewildered as he checked his ticket which read first class in bold words "how-why?" He stuttered over his words as heeseung giggled, oh god the sound was adorable
"I upgraded our tickets so we could be more comfortable. Like it?" He told Jake as both of them sat down in their seats
"Are you kidding me! I love it, and I love you for doing this" jake ecstaticly told heeseung, the words I love you slipping out of his mouth before he realised
"W-wait you lo-love me?" Heeseung asked, not believing his own ears as Jake turned an alarming shade of red
But ever so slowly, he nodded as heeseung's face broke into the purest grin possible. Which made Jake's heart beat out of his chest at the sight
"And I'm glad you enjoy it" heeseung softly told Jake, connecting their hands together softly
"But I'm still not giving into you! You still need to court me" jake stubbornly said, earing a hoarse chuckle from heeseung
"It's fine love. I'm ready to court you for life if that's how much time you need" heeseung honestly spoke as Jake's heart twisted in agony, knowing heeseung was so sincere about him but he wasn't reciprocating the elder's emotions
Just then the sign for them to put their seatbelts came on as they both put it on. And Jake watched in fascination how the plane took off
And heeseung was watching Jake with a soft smile stretched across his face. It made his heart full to know Jake was happy in the smallest things suck as a plane taking off
Just then, someone tapped his shoulder as he looked behind him to see an elderly gentleman sitting there "yes sir?" He politely asked as the man ushered heeseung closer
"That's a beutiful one you have with you. Do cherish him fully young man" the man told heeseung before patting his shoulder encouragingly
"I sure as heck will sir. Don't worry" heeseung whispered back to the elderly gentleman, smiling at him kindly as he turned back to see Jake looking at him skeptically
"Don't worry about it yunnie. He was just telling me you looked beautiful " heeseung told Jake, pulling the younger closer to himself
