Chapter Ten

You woke up in a hospital in bed, alone.

Slowly you set up in your bed, suddenly starting to regain your memory.

You remember having three weird dreams, each in a different era.

Wait, you were dreaming all along?

No!

Without thinking you panic and try to get out of bed, but before you could do anything, someone enters the room.

"Nadar?"

You stare at the familiar man with shock and surprise who does the same.

"You finally woke up!"

Your fiance exclaims, rushing towards you with a happy smile before hugging you tightly.

After a minute, you hug him back remembering that it was all a dream.

Nadar isn't Satan.

You didn't time travel anywhere.

You didn't save humanity from magicians.

You don't have a son named Sherif.

There is no Matteo or Aleksy...

"I will call for the doctor, wait here"

Nadar says, before rushing out to get the doctor and nurses.

Now, you remember, it's all a....

Angry and sad, you begin slamming your hands on the bed.

"I'm glad that you woke up, it delights me to know that"

You stare at the doctor in surprise only to see that it is Matteo.

And the male nurse is Aleksy.

"Matteo, Aleksy..." you say.

The two men stars at each other in surprise.

"You know our names?"

Staying silent, you point at their name tags, as an excuse.

"Well, we need to do some tests to make sure you are fine, so if you mind..."

Matteo directs his words in a polite way towards your fiance who get the massage.

Nadar kisses your forehead, before patting your head.

"I will be waiting right outside"

Once he leaves, Matteo walks closer to your bed along with Aleksy.

"What did you two do?" you demand at the smiling men.

"We fixed things up"

You smile back at them.

"I think I would like to retake the journey again"

You put your hand.

Aleksy pulls out a familiar dagger, and places into your hand before happily saying.

"And we would have the honor to travel with you"
