The Fans Are Upset About the Break-up
Calum
It's safe to say that while you guys were together, you got a lot of hate. But about a month after Calum broke up with you, the hate almost completely stopped. After a few days of confusion over it, you finally clicked on a link one of the fans had sent. It turns out, that while Calum hadn't given you a reason for breaking up with you, he revealed it in an interview. He had told the interviewer that he couldn't continue watching you receive the seemingly endless hate. He said that he had hoped it would stop if you guys weren't dating, and did that hardest thing he had ever done, broken both yours and his hearts . He had to leave that interview a minute later after he started crying. Now your twitter was flooding with "I'm sorry Y/N" and "We want you back in the Fam."
Ashton
No details had been given out about you're guys' break-up, but the paps had caught you leaving the restaurant in tears, and then didn't see you at all for a week. And when Ashton stormed out of an interview after being asked about you, it was official to everyone that you guys were over. The first day you left your house after Ash broke up with you, it had been an entire week, and your ice cream supply had been completely demolished. So you got dressed in actual clothes, not just sweats, for the first time in seven days and headed out to the store. On the journey back to your car, shopping bag loaded with ice cream, a few fans came up to. And before you could tell them that now wasn't a good time for pictures, they said gave you sympathetic smiles. "Hey, Y/N. We just wanted to let you know that everyone is upset about the break-up. We love Ashton, but he was an idiot for letting you go. Hopefully he sees that." You blinked, a bit in shock, before giving both of the girls hugs, assuring them that they had made your day.
Michael
Not even a week after your guys' break-up, the pictures of Michael and some rich, pretty actress were already spreading like wildfire across the internet. However, what made you continue looking at the pictures were all of the fans comments. While very little were actually hating on the actress, a large portion of the comments were saying they liked you better. While this severely surprised you, since a lot of people had always said that Michael should have been dating someone famous, you couldn't help but feel happiness swell in you. And the grin slipped onto your face as you saw Ash, Luke and Calum all post, "...I agree." You could only hope that Michael saw the comments, and considered changing his mind about leaving you.
Luke
According to Luke, you guys broke up on 'mutual terms.' However, the fans were having none of it. They all knew it was because you had seen the pictures on the internet of Luke, completely smashed at a bar, making out with a different girl. You had just wanted to talk to him, and ask why he lied to you about it, but Luke, who was still hungover, had snapped at you and told you to get out, leaving to run crying back to your friend's flat. Of course, when he was thinking straight, he wanted you to come back. You hadn't exactly said no, just that you needed time. While the fans may not have known this, they knew it was definitely not 'mutual.' It only took a week and a half, before every social media account you had was filled with messages of 'Forgive him, Y/N' and 'You know he loves you.' But it was really when a fan sent you a collage video of all of your guys' best moments of your relationship that you went over to talk to Luke.
