"Where are you going?" Aurora's grandmother said watching the young lady swap out earrings on her vanity,
she didn't think twice about meeting
up with Frankie. For one she was curious on what he wanted and it possibly could be another fuck to be honest, and right this second she was hot and bothered.
The way he came in the store all tailored up looking like a business Man of his word. She didn't care at any point about him trying to suggest that he misses her and how he's been thinking about her, it
was loads of crap. She thought for sure
he just wanted some Black Pussy. (Who is she kidding, she knew he was whipped over her)

"I'm just gonna be out with some friends, we're going to the drive in tonight."
She commented crossing her chocolate legs over the other before poking over
her shoulder at her sick grandmother.
Shuffling of pots and pans could be
heard in the background; Yasmine was making some Candy Yams, Mac and cheese, Chicken, Cornbread and
Collared greens.

"Yasmine what's all that noise?"
She coughs bringing the white tissue
to her mouth. "Whatcha doin' in my kitchen chile?" She rolled her brown
eyes, sniffing. Aurora clears her throat turning around in the vanity seat observing her grandmother next
words. But it never came she just coughed.

"Cookin' Ma relax." She announced stirring the cornbread batter, "It'll be done in the next 30 minutes. In the meantime we still need to discuss Aurora's decision to move down to Atlanta, I don't think it's a good idea." Roar sighed not feeling the topic at all because she was gonna go rather they liked it or not she needed to get out of the Flight Attendant situation and follow her dreams to become a
nurse.

"Are you really going to act like, I'm not here Yasmine? I'm in the next room." She stood up walking to her grandma kissing her cheek before opening the bedroom door. "Can you honestly understand that this is what's best for me, it's not yo' decision." She stepped in her royal blue outfit that could be seen as runway material. Yasmine blew a breath stopping her stirring motion to look at her cousin fully, eyebrows knitted, lips parted and doll face tilted in perfection. She was stunning.

"Girl, Ma is sick. I think you need to rethink this. You can find a school out hea' what are you gon' do when those whites down thea' treat you like they
gon' treat you?" The brown skin woman Brooklyn accent boomed across the walls, her short frame gathered nothing but honesty, her left hand held that protruded hip she rose her chin up in a powerful misleading manner. Roar traces her cousin's sculptured features, how the mole on upper lip glisten through the beige lights above them.

"Have a nice night. I'm done with this conversation. I will be back around ten." She dismissed her by swaying her hips to the front door. Once the two heard the door slam they started to gossip about how she think she knows everything,
and topic about white boy was on full affect that maybe she was still in
contact with him.

What they didn't know was that today, she ran into him for the first time and tonight was not gonna be her last. This was just the beginning of a toxic love story.
