I was sitting at my desk doing homework when my door was opened

There's only one person that comes in my room without knocking so I didn't even turn around

"What you doing meezy?" My mom asked me

"Homework" i said quietly as i picked up my ipad to put josh on mute too

"Is that boy on the phone?" She asked

"Yes ma. He's my man" i mumbled

Josh's head poked up with a small mug

"Did you mute me?" He asked

I put my finger up as my mom talked

"What you doing tomorrow?"

"Me and josh are going to his grandma's house. Its his aunts birthday so they're having her a party" i said

"Okay well..what about the day after?"

"He has a dentist appointment. Surgery so i'm gonna take him" i said turning back around

"Okay well..you still need to go get your 18 year old check up. When you doing that?" She asked with smartness in her tone

"I'll get it done" i responded

"You need to stop worrying about that nigga so much. You're too young and pretty to be so caught up with him like you are armani"

I rolled my eyes

"Ma I don't comment on you and daddy. I love you but i need to be in my own relationship not one with you in it too" i said

"I'm not trying to be in your relationship, i see you slipping. You don't post like you used to, you're never home and when you are, you're locked in here on the phone with him..it's not healthy" she just started going off

"Well i'm not leaving him because you don't like him especially since it's not a valid reason" i shrugged

She got quiet

"I don't want you to leave him. I hope he smacks some sense into yo dumbass"

"Get out of my room" i shrugged

"Its my house little girl i don't have to do shit" she said

I got up

"Get out if you don't like my choices you don't have to be here"

"Nah you can get out" she folded her arms

I nodded then picked up my suitcase, starting to throw things inside

I packed some stuff then grabbed my keys and left despite her continuing to yell

I could see ant, princess and princesses friend all watching from the kitchen but I didn't care

"And don't fucking come back. It's like that now" she yelled from the porch
