The sun was glaring in through the window, directly on me. It must be morning now... I thought to myself. I hear muffled voices all around me, and my bed feels different. Is this even my bed?
"She's awake I saw her move. Get her up for school. She's just being a lying manipulative bitch."
"No, she's fucking out. Will you stop?" I heard someone snap back.
"You need to call someone, an ambulance, 911, anything..." A scared voice says, and I feel weight on the bed.
I am so confused. I try to open my eyes to see who is talking, but the sun is so bright it's hurting my head even with my eyes closed. The pain throbs up through the top of my head. Just pulsing throbbing pain all throughout my whole body. Where the hell am I...? I think to myself.
"Hello...?" I mumble, wincing my eyes to shield them from the sun.
"Mom! Shes awake!" Raya yells. I smile at hearing my little sister's voice from the bed. She's always so worried about me...
"I'm awake," I try to say. However no words come out, and my head gets heavy again.
"I'm awake..." I try again, before the sounds around me begin to fade to silence.
