The Kantus wore black colored, razor-sharp spiked armor; this armor made them highly resistant to bullet-based weaponry and allowed them to do offensive-based rolls which could slice and tear a downed enemy apart. This serves as an Execution. Kantus could also heal nearby monsters. While their armor made them powerful opponents, the Kantus were not invincible. The armor could only withstand so many bullets and only offered mild protection against explosive-based weaponry. As stated above, when Kantus use their healing abilities they will become vulnerable during healing, which is why they'd get as far away as possible from the battle to heal.
Kantus attack with a rifle for far away range combat and if they want to get offensive they'll use there triple barrelled shot gun and wreck someone with it. Hitting them twice with an explosive weapon kills them regardless of if you hit them straight away the second time. Even though they are vulnerable to explosive weapons.
Like some other monsters, these creatures have amazing mobility and also have the skill to keep the opponent on their toes all the time, giving the rest of its group (if it has one) a advantage to kill there opponent.
