So these flesh tentacle ball thingies, actually commonly float around in space... yes space. Its catch phrase might as well be "To infinity and beyond"- that was a Sh1t joke. And all it can do is use the solver powers and slice Sh1t up. Also, its eye is literally a Null hole.... Yep it's pretty much a sentient black hole ladies and gentlemen. However it also can fire null hole projectiles, so there's more op-ness to it. Now other then space it can be found in the planet, and it's kinda like a collector.
So theirs these bases I mentioned in the baron article, and it goes there, collects bodies into a net, goes back into space where a giant flesh gore nest looking satellite thingy. And that satellites purpose is to make a null hole in the planets core and eat it from the inside. The bodies are just put there to build it up. (Thought there might be something like that in Ep 8)
