The null guardians reside within the Null holes, the null verse. Which is basically the end in minecraft. not frequently coming out of the abyss to slaughter. However they would if a similar event like what happened on earth was committed.
Their attacks are basically those super cool looking anime attacks just with Nullholes. Couldn't think of anything other than its sword can also extend via the gap between the 'claw'...thing going on with it. W-whatever! And it also uses guns.
