lucy slowly wakes up tim is already awake
"morning" tim says with a smile on his face
Lucy leans over a kisses him, tim then kisses her back
"hey um so i'm gonna go into the station today and look over my dads case" lucy
"are you sure last night you didn't even wanna talk about anything" tim
"yep lets go before i change my mind" lucy
Tim looks at her and smile he then grabs her by the waist and pulls her in they kiss passionately before they pull back and head to the station.
they get to the station just in time for roll call
"ok so things just got harder in the call Mrs Chen is refusing to assist with the case which makes her a suspect in the case"
"we will need a patrol car to go check on her after roll call, try and see if you can get any information" - grey
"chen and bradford your on patrol which means you will be visiting mrs chen" grey
"sir why us" tim
"because i thought mrs chen might actually give information to her daughter" grey
"sir i don't think...." tim says as lucy interupts
"yes sir we will get right on it" lucy
"luce why did you agree to it" tim
"i might as well try" lucy
in the car lucy begins fidgeting tim places his hand on her thigh
"hey you can back out at anytime" tim
"no no i can do this" lucy
they get to the house tim stands around the side of the house taking guard while lucy goes to the door

"mum i heard about dad let me help please" lucy
"i dont need your help or anyones help in that matter" mrs chen
"mum i'm your daughter i want to help" lucy
"i definitely do not need your help now leave" Mrs chen
"no im not leaving, do you know something" lucy
"Leave get out now and never come back" mrs chen
"dont do this, if i leave i wont come back" lucy
"fine by me now get out" Mrs Chen
"you know what you have never been a mother to me, even before i joined the force, all i wanted to do was to help people but you had always made it difficult for me to enjoy it because you kept telling me how bad of a person i was and how you would never approve of me, im not even gonna feel bad about leaving everything in the past behind because we never had anything anyway" lucy says she is angry but also starts to tear up
"dont come to me when you need help because you will be wasting your time because i wont come anyway" lucy
lucy goes to walk away but her mother slaps her hard on the face
Lucy looks at her mother in shock
"bitch" lucy yells and walks away back into the shop
Tim walks to the door after seeing this unfold
"mrs Chen i'm officer Bradford and you have just assaulted a police officer and will now be facing chargers whatever you do or say will be used against you in court" tim
"Shes my daughter i can do or say what i want" mrs chen
"hitting anyone isnt acceptable even if they are your daughter" Tim
"Bradford can we talk" lucy calls over from the shop
"lucy whatsup" tim
"just leave it add it to her record but dont arrest her today i cant deal with it" lucy
"lucy we have to its assault of a police officer" Tim
"just leave it blame it on me if they ask anything" lucy
"ok i will" tim
