they leave in the shop, lucy had been staring out the window the whole ride back to the station tim goes to say something to lucy but she has already gotten out of the shop and heading inside, tim sighs while getting out of the car.
"chen, bradford you must have gotten her to talk you took a while" grey
tim looks at lucy, but lucy doesn't look up at either grey or tim
"ill call you in one by one to give the information you received" grey
tim walks into greys office first
lucy sits down on the sofa outside the office looking at her phone she sits there going through her camera roll and messages. tears stream down her face while she looks at old family photos.
tim and grey walk out of the office and see lucy crying while looking at her phone she notices them looking so she runs down the hallway to the carpark.
"luce..luce" tim yells while chasing after her
"what was that about" angela
"the case is a bit too much for her" grey
Tim catches up to Lucy. He grabs her arm.
"Hey Lucy, it's all gonna be okay you don't have to worry about the case and the more you're not gonna be assigned to any parts of the case, we know its a lot for you" tim
Lucy breaks down in tears
"It's all my fault, if I had never become a cop, they would hate me and maybe my dad wouldn't be missing" lucy
"no lucy none of this is you fault ok, wait in my truck ill drive you home just give me a couple of seconds" tim
tim runs inside
"grey i need to take lucy home can we have the day off" tim
"yeah of course, whats going on" grey
"she blames herself for everything" tim
"you told her its not right" grey
"yeah she cant think that it was her fault" tim
tim leaves and drives lucy home, they get to her apartment and lucy and tim walk inside.
"hey do you want me to get you anything...water?" tim
"no thanks i think i'm just going to go to bed" lucy
Tim nods and lets lucy go into her bedroom. tim sits on the sofa for a while
2 hours later lucy walks out of the bedroom
"oh your still here" - lucy
"yeah i thought i would just stay is that ok" tim
"yeah, i'm just gonna go out for a bit maybe go on a walk" lucy
"oh ok do you want me to come with" tim
"nah stay here get some rest ill be back in about 30mins" lucy
"ok have fun" tim
Lucy leaves her apartment and walks out the front Chris is waiting for her
"hey lucy" Chris
"hi Chris what did you want" lucy
"i hear about your dad i'm so sorry" Chris
Lucy just shrugs her shoulders
"hey you should be more worried than that lucy your dad is missing" Chris
"well they don't want anything to do with me soo" Lucy
"lucy you should respect your parents even if they give you a hard time" Chris
"are you done i think i need to get going" lucy
lucy goes to walk away but Chris grabs her wrist
