"MORG, I THINK I'M DOING SOMETHING BAD..." Shiloh groaned, falling onto the l-shaped sofa in their shared apartment, the girl she was addressing looking up at her.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean," Shiloh sighed, tugging the comforter over her body. "I feel like this whole thing with Trent is being rushed. I don't want or need a repeat of the Deno situation."
"Babe, you have to let those thoughts go," Morgan smiled softly, putting her phone next to her. "If you keep thinking about how shitty it treated you then you'll never properly move on."
"Not it..." She laughed.
"I'm serious! You cannot let that one failed relationship depict the rest of your life, he does not define you." Morgan continued. "I think Trent's a really good match for you. Plus, he has cute friends."
"Oh? And who might these friends be?" Suddenly Shiloh was interested in the sudden blush that took over Morgan's cheeks.
"No one... might have gotten a small, small DM from a certain Arsenal player but that's for another day!"

"MATE, I'M IN DEEP." TRENT SIGHED, HANDS IN HIS HEAD. Jude looked up from his laptop on the opposite side of the room to his friend.
"Define deep. Like is it shallow water deep or drowning deep or..."

"Ah. Is it about the London babe?"
"Yes... why are we calling her that?"
"It seems fitting."
"Anyways..." Trent gave him a look. "I didn't expect to end up liking the same person who accidentally added me to a groupchat and started spilling tea."
"Is it a problem?"
"Not really... but I feel like she's a little closed off. Especially seeing how her last relationship ended, so I understand her being reserved a little bit.
"You just don't know if you're wasting your time or not."
"Exactly."
"Well," Jude sighed, scratching at his chin. "I say keep doing what you're doing. Don't hassle her but also don't make it look like you're giving up. Because from the way you describe your conversations with her, it seems like things are good. But if you suddenly stop, she'll lose interest."
"Why are you so good at giving advice but aren't in a relationship?"
"Coaches don't play," he held his hands up with a smug smile.
