Why must I think about future?
I mean... why I overthink everything about future?
I threw up, 3 times today.
Thinking about future.
What if I can't provide money for my parents?
For my siblings?
What if I useless?
What if I can't give my parents go to Umrah?
There are too many ifs.
I don't want to think about it but my head can't stop talking.
The voices in my head is so loud.
What should I do?
