I was so happy to see her I was so worried! I quickly run over to her and lifted the piece of metal of her leg.

Lil's pov:

When I heard sis call my name I got so excited I didn't know it was her for sure though what if it was someone like an alien or something!

But when I knew it was her I tried calling her but all that came was a squeak. I don't know how to really talk that much I mean I can talk fine in my head but when I really want to say something it's hard to say.

Sis came running towards me and I was so excited "SIS!" I said happily.

She lifted a metal piece off of my leg which I knew was there but couldn't feel. A weird green liquid the color of my hair covered my leg.

She scooped me up in her arms and we hugged tightly finally she spoke. "Lil have you seen dad?" She asked a worried tone in her voice.  I shook my head "no...dad." I whispered.

"Let's go find him he has to be here somewhere." She smiled warningly. I nod. She hoisted me on her back and I held on tight. We started walking around the rubble fire here and there but we couldn't see our dad.

"Bleep bleep bleep" I sang. That made my sister laugh I was known for making weird noises in my city and no one liked that I wish they did because if they did we would be able to still be at home.

"DAD!" sis called but no answer. "DAD" she called a few more times but no answer to any of them I got scared. I felt tears fill my eyes. I started crying "dad!" I wailed. That's when we heard something so interesting,so weird. It was a voice but in such a different language I couldn't understand. Sis's  eyes widened and she quickly ducked  I didn't know why my sister was so...I don't know how she was feeling I wasn't good at that either

So the best I could was try making her smile! "EEP!" I screeched. Sis's eyes widened more and she covers my mouth.

I was so shocked I started screeching. Then I heard the noises getting closer that's when I knew my sister was trying to hide us. From what ever was out there!

We heard foot steps getting closer and closer and then we saw it the thing that was making the noise.

We screamed.
