Awik's POV
"Kya yaar Bhai, I said na I'm sorry." Grabbing Naina's hand, Ekansh positioned her as a shield and a covering to make her stand in front of me.
For the past ten minutes, Ekansh and I have been sprinting and jumping across our whole house, with me chasing after him like a crazy dog and him attempting to escape my wrath.
"Naina hat ja aage se. Don't you dare to save him fro-" (Naina get away from here)
Chucking out her hands from Ekansh's grip and shifting sideways, she interrupted my sentence "Oh, trust me bhai, saving him from you didn't come into my mind even for a second." Typical Naina behavior.
"Are you not grateful that you're blessed with two elder brothers, that you are determined to help him in murdering me? "He snapped his eyes towards her. "You know what, don't answer. I don't have that time left with me." He further added.
In a desperate bid to escape my thrashing, he frantically rushed toward the living area, and I raced after him. When he became aware there was no way to escape from this situation, his ignorant brain formulated the most brilliant arrangement it could have ever envisioned.
This dumb head climbed on the dining table!
What is he? A toddler?
Looks more like a monkey to me right now, who's jumping around the whole house.
"No matter whether you climb the dining table or the mighty Mount Everest today, nothing is capable of keeping you safeguarded from me. So, quit your trekking journey now and come down." I threatened, my tone laced with aggravation.
"Dare you guys break the latest glass cutlery! I'll kill both of you." Naina yelled from the kitchen.
"Woah, she surely has her priorities set." Ekansh muttered in disbelief. "I'll give you one more chance to think Bhai. Are you sure you want to come in the next week's crime petrol's episode by killing me?" He further added, narrowing his eyes at me.
What a living drama he is.
"Yes" I took a step towards him.
"Pakka? Lock kar dia jaaye?" He gaped at with incredulity. (Sure? Shall I lock it?)
"Shut up. We are not playing a KBC game here." I rolled my eyes at him.
"What did he do this time?" Naina inquired while entering the living room.
"This man right here removed my bookmark from the book that I am currently reading." Pointing my fingers at him in accusation, I answered.
Naina's mouth hung open in shock while her head turned towards him "What! Why would you do that? You know how possessive he can be for some of his things."
"He called my girlfriend a chipmunk" He retorted back
"Yes, because she looks like one." I stated in a duh.
"No, she doesn't." he grumbled while sitting cross-legged at the table.
"That's not a couch or sofa for you to sit on. Dining table hai, glass tinted dining table to be precise."
"Don't worry, I'm lighter than a feather." He dismissed with his hands.
"Correction, you are dumber than a new-born."
"Where is the logic her- Wait, You called my girlfriend a chipmunk. Topic change mat karo ab aap." He stared at me with condemnation.(Don't change the topic now.)
