The next morning I got up at 6 as usual getting ready and then going downstairs for breakfast. "Morningg" I said happier than normal to both my mother and brother. "Morning?" Ben said slightly confused at my happiness, our mother just replying with a nod as she was reading the newspaper. I grabbed an apple taking a bite of it as Ben started talking again. "Why so happy?" He said still confused "Are you going to hang out with Charlie Spring's sister again?" he continued. "I just am and her name is Tori" I said with a small sigh "But no I'm hanging out with Nick during break". Ben raised an eyebrow "Nelson? Why?" He was friends with Nick which made me friends with him as well, though he was the only bearable guy in the friend group. "I don't need a reason to hang out with him" I said with an eyeroll "He's my friend too".  Our conversation ended there as the bus was going to arrive soon and we both went to grab our coats. Second break arrived and everything before that was a blur, Nick was picking me up at higgs and then we were going to sit outside of both schoolyards. "So I need advice" Nick started and I nodded in respond "How am I supposed to know if I'm Pansexual or Bi or Gay or whatever there is more?" he continued kind off panicking. "Chill Nick, what I did is just try it out and you don't need to be labeled. You understand that right?" I said as this time Nick nodded "I mean it took me 2 years to find out what I was, you have all the time in the world and you can always change it" I reassured him. "Thank you, Mils" He said with a smile as I got lost in my thoughts. 'Mils'  no one calls me that anymore, Nick used to when we were together but now I haven't heard anyone say it since we broke up. "Earth to Amelia" that brought me back to reality and I saw Nick waving his hand in front of my face. "Sorry" I apologized and changed my position on the ground "It's just weird getting called that again after so long". He nods in an understanding way leaning on both his elbows so he doesn't touch the grass with his white blouse. "So how is things at home, Ben doesn't really tell us anything" He spoke softly, a hint of concern hiding in his British accent. I shrugged my shoulders before replying "You know, same as always" my own voice with a hint of sadness I was trying to hide. "He's been..." He paused before continuing carefully "hitting you?" the concern in his voice getting clearer. I took my time replying just looking in front of me, avoiding eye contact "Yeah" I mumbled just loud enough for him to hear. He didn't say anything and sat up straight wrapping one of his arms around my shoulder, I took the hand of his arm wrapped around me in response. Anyone walking past would've probably think we are a couple but we both know we aren't, at least not anymore. "You want to go to my house after school? Drink some tea with my mom you know" He said breaking the silence I hadn't noticed was there. I nod in response knowing if I said something I would break down crying. "Come on break is almost over" Nick added once again breaking the silence sticking out his hand towards me to help me get up. I took his hand and got up as we walked to school. The rest of the school day seemed to go by slower than a snail but after a couple of hours it was finally time to drink tea at Nick's. I was talking to Darcy and Tara at my locker, something was off but I couldn't place what. That's when it hit me, I hadn't seen Elle or Tori all day. "Have you two seen Elle?" I asked Darcy and Tara suddenly which they responded to by shaking their heads no. "She said something about Charlie but I didn't listen to the rest, I was making homework" Tara added to her head shake. I nodded slowly and slightly confused but decided to shrug it off, it was probably nothing. The end of the week was coming I'll just have to get through it. Nick and I meet each other at the gates and get picked up my Ms. Nelson and I greet her. "Darling you know you can call me Sarah" She said with her sweet smile and I nodded returning one. The three of us drank tea with Nick not mentioning my 'home' with Sarah present once. I decided to ask Nick about, maybe I could find out why Elle and Tori weren't at school then, He said Charlie was fine just sick and that Tao had something planned with Elle and that's why she wasn't at school. I myself assumed Tori didn't go to school to take care of Charlie as I knew both her parents work full time and her little brother, Ollie was probably sick aswell. I went home at 6pm and immediately up to my room skipping dinner again. I did my homework and then wrote and read some till 11, It was Thursday and my father would be back Monday. Three more days without him, finally a happy weekend. And with those thought I went to sleep, happy that I gained Nick back as friend

Let's ignore that I abandoned you all for 4 months. So what are we thinking about Nick and Millie's old relationship? We will get more information over that later in the story (I think, depends if I want to). I am so sorry for not being online, Ive been struggling with doing my homework even so I haven't had time writing at all. Remember to drink and eat<3 I appreciate you all so much and I love every single one of you. Thank you for all the love towards this story.
